Considering how many seasons they have started off slow only to have to rely on nothing but luck to get into the playoffs, that's straight up coaching malpractice. I had to suffer with his dingus brother in Jacksonville for a few years so I have a fairly strong distaste for the Taylor brothers.

I actually wouldn't mind seeing Todd Monken come back to Tampa Bay to be HC. He was successful there
