This is the third thread I've created regarding Steven Tormollan. I've done this due to try to highlight and emphasize all the new players and eBay accounts that are now involved.

Buyer beware of eBay accounts probstein123, tntnorthnj, dcsports87, dcsportsconsignment (unaffiliated with dcsports87), and nancyyo which Steve Tormollan is using to shill bid and sell the following fraudulent items:

-Trimmed cards, primarily graded by PSA
-Fake Patches
-Fake Autographs that are intended to appear as legitimate pack-pulled specimens
-Backdoored Flair Legacy Collection cards missing the player's stamped name on the back
-Altered serial numbers (usually to change the serial number to the player's jersey number or to make a "fake" 1/1)

In addition to the fraudulent nature of the cards, Steve is also bidding on his own items using the follow combinations:

-ID dcsportsconsignment is shilling fraudulent items being sold by probstein123.
-ID dcsportsconsignment AND nancyyo are simultaneously shilling fraudulent items being sold by probstein123.
-ID nancyyo is shilling fraudulent items being sold by dcsports87.
-ID nancyyo is shilling fraudulent items being sold by tntnorthnj.
-ID dcsportsconsignment is shilling fraudulent items being sold by tntnorthnj.
-ID nancyyo is shilling fraudulent items being sold by dcsportsconsignment.
-ID dcsportsconsignment is shilling fraudulent items being sold by nancyyo.

The dcsportsconsignment and nancyyo accounts are run by Steve himself. The balance are consignment services that he uses.

You haven’t caught any stamped shenanigans, have you? Not sure how that would even be possible (outside of maybe adding a # to what was already factory-stamped)

We know DCsports87 was selling fake patch LeBron James Silhouette cards from a thread on here. The patches were clearly swapped, but I guess they are a consigner not authenticator?

I recently got one from DC 87 account, it is a legit card, however I also noticed what seemed like blatant shilling on mine as well. One account (not these in particular methodically plunking the auction leaders up by small increments over multiple days. I paid what I was willing to pay end of the day but they don't even try to hide it anymore.

Absent any additional details, I wouldn’t be all that worried. dcsports87 is massive and it generally looks like all Steven is selling through them is lower end graded with some exceptions (a few high end graded cards).

I remember DCSports sold me a Dunk N Go Nuts and refused to communicate how yellowed the acetate was and hid it at all costs with black backdrops. Got the card in and sure enough it was yellowed. They did not give me a single line of correspondence regarding this borderline fraudulent sales practice. Luckily I was able to sell the card to someone who didn't care about the yellowing but you'd think there would be more transparency for stuff that expensive.
