Hobby and Jumbo aren't moving at the shops near me. But if you read Blowout it's the hottest product of all time. Breakers delight were obviously intentionally loaded. Cosmic increasing to $700 a box is also a joke. What cards are even $700+ aside from the sssp planets?

When the bulk of product gets funneled through a small number of dealers and outlets, and supply is tightly controlled, the pricing can be manipulated much more easily. It's all about convincing buyers demand is strong and pricing is market-driven.

Shops are empty near me with the exception of retail. And there are a half dozen shops near me that are sold out.

Yeah if I had to guess Sapphire price, I'd guess $999.99 straight from Topps at an absolute minimum. But they'll most certainly EQL or Dutch Oven it. But I bet that last Dutch Oven scared the suits a bit with how it nosedived lower than they expected.

It's clearly about breakers because there's maybe one card per 10 cases that's even worth $700.

B&W is justified. The wave of pre-sale B&W went out with a few major parallels/chases completely missing so they put them in the next wave of boxes that went out and those boxes are completely loaded! Hopefully people are aware of what boxes they are buying when they drop $450.

Unbelievable, my 8 from Fanatics were meh at best. I guess I'll just never have the luck all the rest of you have. My "highlights" from 8 Fanatics hangers

Exactly. I’ve also pulled 2 other Flagg Pulsars and both were damaged! I’ve ripped enough hangers at this point I might as well put the set together. I’m probably 60-75 cards short if I had to guess. Definitely 150-200 hangers deep at this point.

Did have a horrible run from 25 from DSW where was only numbered was a Beringer auto /99 and no major rookie or star pulsars

As with most products these days, keep that wax sealed and use those profits to buy singles.

You don't get that rush of ripping, but your collection will be much better off. Literally 20-50x better off.
