On the night David Lucas drops an efficient 31 and Big Perk 2.0 compiles his best defensive performance of the season, the squad still finds a way to lose to a completely depleted Bulls roster.

It's giving Stockholm Syndrome.

The supporting cast is just bad. They need a good game of Lizzo, TM3 and two of Queen/Bey/Poole to have a chance.

They're clearly showcasing him for a trade.

I feel like the Lakers could make a play at him.

We just may never know if this guy can help a team contend. What a mess.

Good news is, if you want to collect him, he's pretty affordable.

Man some people lost some cash on this guy.

If trying to showcase he’s doing it .32,31,35 last three games. Buy while still can get cheap.

Fears is an ultra aggressive, super low iq point. But the Pels have never been a stranger to that archetype. Of course they acquire Murray and he's forever in the ER.

Vandross has been playing his best ball since he came back. And not missing any games (surprisingly). Yet the team can't score a win to save their lives.

Play-in most likely out of the picture at this point.

Surely Zion himself is ready to move on.

Maybe CHA trade their problem for NO's problem.

It's sad to see Zion and Lamelo produce so little in their 6 year careers so far.

I'm intrigued to see where Zion's career goes from here. He is still so good

I agree on Fears- he's watching Poole to much lol Not sure you can play through Zion and win ballgames Their seem to be a team dynamic him coming off the bench but it looks like injuries have forced their hand once again

Wild they’ve both been in the league for 6 years at this point.

Actually, when he’s healthy, he’s a legitimate top 20 player in the league. His trade value has increased significantly over the past month. If he’s moved, it will be most likely to a contender.

I hope so. Would love to see what he can do in the playoffs and on the big stage.

I don't see much interest at $43M and $45M the next two years.

1) No he's not

2) He's never been healthy in his career so it doesn't matter anyways.

Zion is just not that good even when healthy. He can't do anything but score. He's no different than any volume scoring shot chucker other than being efficient.

He doesn't play any defense, doesn't pass, doesn't move without the ball, doesn't rebound. He's a fringe all star when healthy, which is never.

If you took away the names and looked at stats only, peak Julius Randle is unquestionably better than Zion

Believing Zion will do anything with his career at this point is pure delusion but if you’ve held out hope this long it’s not surprising to still be deluded into thinking there’s something left

I tend to agree maybe outside top 20 at this point even when healthy.

He’s also in a dysfunctional organization, 4 head coaches in six years.
A change of scenery needed for both.

Zion has never been in the playoffs other than the playin game in 2024, where he was the dominant player on the floor.

I believe he had 40 and 12 in that play in ball game.

He’s a scorer first.
Somebody brought up Julius Randall. Julius is 47% field goal efficient career player and Zion is near 60. He doesn’t need 20+ shots to be efficient on the offensive end of the floor. He’s unstoppable down low in the post.

As has been said many times with his body shape
Health is his biggest concern at 25 can his body hold for how long.
Many valid opinions being made on both sides.

I think everyone on the team has already mentally checked out. Nobody's really shown consistency and overall body language is horribad

He needs to go, but I'm not exactly sure where he fits. I kind of like him as an upgrade to Reezashay in Atlanta (called him a bust pre-draft and he's certainly living up to the moniker) but they already have an issue with floor spacing (Dyson's a terrible shooter). Unless NY wants to deal OG, that's a no go. I suppose Milwaukee could use help everywhere with exception of Yannis.

My honey pack high will forever wait in anticipation of that Shams bomb noti come June.

It's crazy how much NO has dropped the ball too. From the DeJounte trade all the way to how they picked Queen. I don't think anyone has done a worse job the last two seasons.
