Hi all, first time poster, long time collector.
My last two bulk orders (mostly NHL) have been absolutely terrible in terms of quality and damages and it appears this is coming from the new Florida office. Is anyone else experiencing these issues? I suspect that when I sent the cards to California, they shipped the cards to Florida, damaging the cards. It appears this excessive overhanding of the cards, plus poor and inconsistent quality and other process in Florida are causing all these issues. With this most recent 20 card bulk order received last week: 1. Every single label has ink problems, or white dots on the red labels. The ink is not clear and crisp but blotchy, not centered. It looks fake like someone printed in their bedroom. 2. A lot of the cards endured damage to the upper left corner, almost all of them are pushed inwards. Like they dropped the cards or didn't handle them properly. 3. Slab scratches all over, not the little surface scratch but major scratches on the surface. 4. Surface damages to cards that did not exist before. It's like they were dropping slabs on the cards and the slab corners indented into the card. Scratches that were never there before possibly from the soldering process or the sonic process. My previous order had 4 cards with slab scratches and not being horizontally facing the correct direction, with 3 of the cards being sent back with the same issues as before, they didn't rotate the card, and had to resend them yet again. The previous order has all these unexplained ink strands inside the slabs and on the labels as well. Anyone else experiencing these major quality issues? (pics for feels) |

I've been holding off on submitting lately till they can hopefully iron this stuff out. No personal experience but I have seen some YouTube reveals lately with really scuffed up slabs like yours.
I think this shipping from california to their other locations needs to stop. Way too much transit. They need to work towards a system where the grading location is determined when you submit online. Then we just send it direct to either california, nj, or florida. I live in South Carolina. It doesn't make sense for me, or PSA for my cards to go from SC, to California, then potentially to another location, when I could just send them to Florida. My two cents anyway |

![]() ![]() PSA needs to get their act together. This is stupid. I have at least one bulk order of like 30 vintage auto cards that was just recently submitted to them. We'll see what happens when they come back... estimated end of May ![]() I do have one card coming back in early Feb.... not auto, but high value vintage Mantle. I'll see how they treat it. They better not mess this one up!

This is so unacceptable, given how much submitters pay. Pretty sad when fake slabs printed in people's garages look better. I've heard rumors that PSA is sending cards through machines (I sure hope not)... so that may explain the card damages. It seems the upper corners are where this damage is happening. If you're unhappy, please work it out with PSA. They should be held financially accountable for damaging our cards.

They're going to get every last drop of ink out of that cartridge before they replace it!
