If anyone opens any cases, make sure to keep your shipper box and any date codes from it. If there’s in fact a distribution issue and it follows date codes it’s 100% worth tracking. Either to pitch a b!tvh back to Topps or understand what cases are essentially DOA.

Cases of this aren't like other Topps products. The case box has no codes or markings whatsoever. Completely blank. Just normal shipping boxes.

Nothing about the release follows typical Fanatics standard practices.

This is the first product that I can remember that they didn't feed to fanaticslive, yet still none on the market.

EDIT: and come to think of it, there are no odds posted on Topps website for last year's B&W either.
The shipping for these has been so slow/delayed. I'm waiting on 2 boxes and USPS hasn't received them.

Could be a wide issue and explains why there are so few on eBay or in breaks.

https://www.topps.com/products/2025-...white-mega-box

I may be reading into this a bit much. But in this Topps splash page on Mega Boxes, Golden Hours do not appear on the list of potential inserts.

Back of the card says. It’ll say SP or SSP next to the number.

It’s becoming clear they forgot to insert the Golden Hours. This is the chase chard and critical to product. Wow.

They probably just threw them all into the same box flagged for one of their favorite breakers

I always wonder how they QC these products. It’s got to be tricky.

Yeah pretty clear this release is jacked. If it’s not missing Golden Hours altogether than they’re extremely concentrated into a specific lot of boxes. But given the lack of product on the market, something is way way off. I have 7 boxes from the secondary market on the way but I don’t think I can open them until I see where the cards fall. That being said, I feel like there’s a huge concentration of numbered cards in some boxes. I’ve seen a few that have been absolutely loaded with them.

I think there is definitely something off as well. I opened 10 Boxes and didn't pull a single base card parallel under 25. About an 8% chance of that happening. I DID pull multiple inserts and autos #'d under 10 though. 3 Inserts and 2 Autos to be exact. I'm guessing there are concentration boxes that will pull multiple 1/1s.

I’ll take it a step further. Topps knows it’s screwed up and did an internal recall. They essentially didn’t ship/release most of the product. And it’s been banned from being ripped on Fanatics Live. I have seen about 15x 1/1s pulled across YouTube, Reddit, and EBay. That seems extremely high given the amount opened. And the fact ZERO Fanatics Live breakers have broken it is super sus at this point. Also, a few breakers are selling this product via eBay and it was never ripped on their channel. Why? Why would breakers do that unless it was banned?

Not an unreasonable claim here.

Fanatics' mission statement is practically "Sell through breakers, not to the public" so why would this be the first product since uncle pedo Rubes took over that wouldn't get fed to their breakers?

The amount of 1/1s being pulled and listed is off the charts imo.

My favorite is that the 3 newest 1/1's posted on ebay are all from hand models. I mean, why list on ebay with a professional look, with maybe a nice scan or two, on a table with a nice new iphone lens, etc... when there is a perfectly manly hand to use.

Two from the same pretty hand, btw.

The erotic hand sells.

I mean hell, they're only 1/1's. Those don't deserve good, nice looking professional listings or anything.

So a Golden Hour has finally been found. In a release day box, not pre order wave.

This means the pre order boxes don’t have Golden Hours (and maybe Gold 1/1 Autos), but the release day boxes that were heavily botted do.

Interesting. I guess we need more samples of this being the case for that conclusion to be drawn, right? Where did you see one was hit?

So, do we think the pre-order boxes have a disproportionate share of 1/1s or some other hit? Or are they just regular boxes with no golden hours? If the latter, the pre-ordered boxes would take quite a hit in value relative to release-day orders. I guess Topps — knowing about the mishap — must’ve told breakers not to break them.

I don’t know if it truly matters if the boxes (presale vs. release day) can’t be differentiated.

Sure, someone could share a pic of the purchase invoice but that doesn’t mean you’re purchasing such boxes (e.g., seller got boxes at both drops, bought cheaper boxes on the secondary to sell as the more expensive option, etc).

I have 10 total boxes coming from eBay. I know 4 are presale and 3 are release day. The other 3 I’m unsure. I’ll see if I can determine any differentiation.

No breakers allowed, barely any to the public, boxes are missing based on the limited available on ebay and everywhere else. Preorder influx of 1/1's, Release day, influx of /50's. All boxes to moon.
