I looked to see if there was a "who signed it section".

I'm going with Priest Holmes. I think that's what it looks like, he wore 31 for part of his career (Chiefs), although many examples I see have 'KC' under the line extending out to the right, '31' above the line and 'KC' below the line.

I see posts like this in the baseball section so you probably would have had better luck in the FOOTBALL section in this case.

Judging by how much air is missing from the ball, just say it's a Tom Brady.

(It's almost certainly Priest Holmes, as towerymt said.)

Agreed. I was 90% sure the first name was Grant. I don't see "Holmes" at all
