My Order this morning, my receipt 12/24.

Hello,

You sent me confirmation stating this would be processed on 12/30/2025, however the charge was made early on 12/24/2025 without my authorization.

I did not agree to start the membership prior to 12/30/2025, and I am not proceeding with the PSA membership under these circumstances.

Please cancel the membership and issue a full refund immediately.

I looked at mine, which expires on the 30th. It looks like they take payment 3 days before it expires (which would be the 27th for me) :/

If you would like to opt out of the auto-renew for the next cycle, you can do so by logging into your account, going to “PSA Membership,” and clicking “Manage.” There, you will be able to stop your subscription from renewing further. If you’re unable to do so at this time, you will receive a renewal notice 30 days prior to your renewal charge via email.

I want to be very clear about the issue here, because this is not a simple “change of mind” or refund request.

My membership renewal date is 12/30/25, and I have written confirmation from PSA stating that date. Despite that, PSA charged my account today, 12/24/25, without authorization and before the stated renewal date.

This charge occurred prior to the renewal date you provided, which means I did not consent to this transaction at this time. Whether or not the membership is generally non-refundable does not override the fact that the charge was processed early and without authorization.

Because of that, I am requesting that this charge be reversed immediately.

If this cannot be resolved at the Customer Care level, please escalate this matter to a supervisor or billing specialist who can address unauthorized or premature charges.

Wow! This company is something else. Directly on my CGC account there is a cancel membership link. I guess they charge you early, to make it more difficult for customers to cancel. How is this the number one company in the industry? Oh yeah! ROI!

Two of the slabs in my order arrived with cracks in them. I noticed the box was slightly damaged in the upper left corner, which was where the damaged slabs were located. Dunno if PSA damaged it when they were placing the slabs in the box, or if it was damaged while in transit. The images PSA provided showed no damage. In any case, I'll have to send them back for the reholder service

I got an email from customer support, whom I had been emailing trying to get my order shipped back. They emailed saying they were alerted early this morning that the order would be shipped out today and they would be emailing me the tracking number when it was ready. I am assuming Nat made a call and took care of it, which I appreciate.
Although this was a frustrating situation as my completion date was over a month ago, I am glad that Nat was able to get it wrapped up. I am appreciative of Nat for helping get this done.

Does anyone know the support email or phone number? I looked and keep getting dead ends.

I submitted a total of four orders at a show drop-off in Chicago on November 23rd across different service levels. Two of those orders were entered into the system and marked as “Received” on December 3rd. However, the remaining two orders have not yet been marked as received. Trying to find out the status of these and how much longer it takes just to have it entered as received.

Has this happened to anyone else?

I have the same problem...I dropped off 3 orders....2 of them were entered into the system (I called customer service on Dec 24th and the lady I spoke with said it takes 6 weeks for the order to show received. She said my order should be in the system in 2 weeks

Isn’t the PSA pop report the perfect use case for blockchain? An entire industry’s financial data lies within the PSA internal private ledger and it creates a huge risk as a single point of failure.

The entire pop report should be moved over to a transparent, public blockchain. This move alone would do wonders for the trading card market across the board.

Website and app useless today. I did receive an email at 6:45am (Someone was up early) that an 80 card order was received. I believe that means it's in the grading stage now. The package received email came on 11/14.

Have one stuck in QA for almost couple weeks now. Could pop at any time.

No, it's standard for PSA. I have a TCG bulk order that arrived 10/1 that's now in QA Checks. It's all a crap shoot.

Anyone also see a disconnect between the mobile app status and the website status? My mobile app shows my orders in order prep, but the website still shows Order arrived. Which would you believe? I do have estimated dates in May listed on the website.
