NGL, some of these cards don't look half bad.

I'm still not going to buy a box, and even the singles are going to be stupid pricey from the rippers and flippers trying to recoup their money, but some of them look about as good as Immaculate

Why do all the pre-release images from Topps, Leaf, etc the last few years feature a weird "blue" auto that looks nothing like the actual blue on cards? A nice new blue autograph looks good but this fake dark oxidized version makes no sense to use for promotional purposes.

Yeah, a lot of those “autos” look like they were printed with a 3D printer.

Copies from contracts they had signed by the athlete used for production. Typically it's their rookie / first contract they digitized and reuse for mockups or "foil autos"
