I'm dead serious. There are some fanaticslive breakers that started at 8am EST opening these cases and are still breaking them as right now at 1:35pm EST.

So I got my boxes. I decided to open boxes until I got a "skunk" box. I opened up 8 total. The hits worth mentioning: Bryce Harper Planetarium 1/10 (this card is beautiful), Bryce Harper Aqua /199, Judge/Ruth/Mantle Star Cluster, Green /75, Piazza Launched Into Orbit Gold /50, Dylan Crews Earth, Roki Sasaki Mercury, Jackson Jobe, Supernova, Aaron Judge Venus, Judge/Jeter Star Cluster Gold /50, Reggie Jackson Launched Into Orbit Auto.

I Actually don't think I got killed. I got great planet cards (Roki, Judge, and Crews). The Bryce Planetarium card is seriously amazing. I'm not a huge Bryce fan but this is a decent card fora Bryce fan.

I have two boxes left. I'm kind of tempted to open them just becuase the odds of an auto being in them may be kind of high. IDK. I'll sleep on it probably.

My one preorder box came today. The base cards, base parallels, rare inserts, and the one autograph I pulled were all gorgeous and in good shape. But it seems to me that all the common inserts I pulled were badly to horribly miscut. I don't know if I just got a bad box but given the fact that every Ultraviolet Beam, Extraterrestrial, Light Speed, and the one Star Clusters card I had were all miscut makes me think this is an extensive issue.

So does anyone have any info on the Lunar Boxes? They are on the odds sheet, and for a little bit at least, they were specifically called out as an additional format on the Cosmic page on the Topps website. Now, no mention of it on the product page or anywhere in Topps advertising. What do we think the story is on these?

I still don't understand why they cannot guarantee an auto out of box that costs as much as this stuff does. I love the look of these cards but singles seems to be the way to go all day with these

My box had a white hole refractor Acuna Jr and a Lindor /50. One #'d card. That's it.

Meanwhile jumping onto Youtube I get to watch every Tuber under the sun busting out Planetary pursuits, Nick Kurtz #'d parallels and even a constellation variation for good measure!

The auto checklist is normally pretty good so you can’t have it both ways. Also this would then be a much more expensive box.

Yeah, they could bump the price a small amount and add a bazillion bad RC autos and random weak vets like in TC/TCU/Finest. Doesn't really do anything.

The sad thing is that if you look at the comps to prior year (using Yoshinobu as a stand in for Sasaki) the Harper is the only one of these cards that's going to clear much over $100 without being in a PSA 10 slab. The cards are great, the demand for the wax is just too dang high with where the demand for the singles is actually landing over time.

I don’t know if I fully agree with you there. Gold Judge/Jeter. Judge Venus. Earth (of almost anyone let alone arguably the biggest rookie bat). Judge/Mantle/Ruth /75 from Cosmic. And even a Reggie auto from this set.

These aren’t sub $100 card man….

Ripped 1 in hopes of an auto and didn't hit. Are they 1:2 boxes?



Probably should've left it sealed but wanted to take a stab at it. Also haven't ripped TC Cosmic for a couple years (since 2022). Cards, particularly inserts and parallels, look quite nice.
