I don't collect Baseball so I'm not super familiar with this concept...

But here where we have a small handful of players (at this point... it's pretty much only SGA and Jokic, right? And I'd say SGA is a strong favorite) with reasonable MVP odds - this should effectively create a price floor for those guy's cards until the MVP offer expires, right?

Is this what ends up happening in reality? Or is there going to be a perceived arbitrage opportunity to scoop up dozens of SGA base cards for $10 in the hopes of selling them to my LCS for $20 next summer?

Yes, the price floor is usually about $15 for the base chrome.

Wish we had odds but we don’t yet. Personally I think if anything they’ll go up a bit over time, solid draft class to boot.

It’s why I’m actually debating scooping a couple cases of retail.
