I was thinking of the way I view the products, not necessarily how Upper Deck views them.

Upper Deck seems to think Black Diamond is on par with SPA or Premier and I think most of us would disagree.

Yes but it as an Upper Deck sale so that point is kinda relevant lol the post was basically just saying UD chose to hold a better sale a month before Black Friday then they did BF, the typical sales day. If people really think UD considers them better and put those on-sale on BF as a favour instead of the reverse doing Synergy BF and the others earlier I dunno what to say, I think the UD praise thread is still somewhere on here about the UD President lol

I think we can agree, either way it would have been a weak BF sale

Seems just like the big 3, no need to put great sales together when its flying off the shelves regardless.

Not sure if I missed anything that may have already sold out (doubtful). Didn’t really expect them to even do Cyber Monday after their BF deals but just checked email for kicks and saw one. Maybe being a digital platform Cyber Monday is more their thing but at least this is acceptable to me, way better than BF. Extended is probably the best deal between the two sales, not sure what physical is at currently but at least can chase some Bedard, Cooley etc

Price up, achievement quality down. The plus side is the product quality and hit rate seems like the best in the last 5 years. No more magma or liquid metal clogging up the numbered hits. But over $200 and your guaranteed auto might be a vet sticker. Sad part is it's still some of the better value on the site right now.

Not sure about Ultra but people that can afford to rip this probably gonna go for achievements. There’s only three base Celebrini on COMC currently lol and two rainbows already

They do, I’ll admit my last post confused them with just the rainbow. Celebrini is crazy expensive too and shows why you wait as it’s a lot more than Bedard and Matthews right now on COMC.

Not seeing ton of cheap Platinum still but see a bunch of Fleer auctions end soonish and are all super low or no bid so could prob sneak in some bids and get some for the low. I just don’t like how e-pack sets feel completely ignored by the hobby outside e-pack

New 4 card set for USA Showcase dropped today. Decided to grab a couple packs and did hit a logo parallel which are 1:15 and look ok.

Also I mentioned it before it was cool (kidding) but seems everyone is opening Celebrini S2 now on e-pack as great hobby ambassadors like GP have (apparently) raised prices on physical one or twice since he’s become the hottest thing in the NHL.

Get in now if interested could see it selling out if physical goes up everywhere, plus I’m sure a good amount was opened on release. Plus you’ll have a shot at his Golden Outburst we all know they hid on there (kidding again…not really)

Cool on Hutson, NHL has to have a large lead on most brothers playing together in a league. I always forget there’s even more than one Robertson now.

That Authority slab looks ridiculous on AHL cards. It also means that red flashers will be encased for most products in the future.

That is not only a massive waste of materials, but shipping costs for the physical cards will become crazy. The card pictured above should sell for a couple bucks, but it will twice that to ship due to weight. Makes no sense at all.
