My favorite swing ever.

I'm not sure why you insult people when you are ill informed.
It’s not that simple and the way he’s explaining it demonstrates he knows zero about how the swing works and about how hitter view the swing. His pictures describing Will Clark throwing his weight forward and dipping his back shoulder prove that. Let’s also recognize that getting on plane and him talking about Clark’s “uppercut” are different. Once again go to Will Clark and tell him about launch angle and see his response.
Sorry behind all the ops+ and babip there is real baseball being played.

Dude, watch the video of Clark that I posted -- he shifted his weight almost completely forward and nearly all of his weight was on his front foot at the point of contact. He was a front-foot hitter -- he had a lot of linear elements in his swing. He dipped his back shoulder because he also had rotational elements, but he did have a slight upper cut in his swing -- his swing was not parallel to his shoulders.

You run your mouth but don't actually reference any of the evidence I provide -- just try to shoot down everything I post with insults and arrogance.

Jeff Kent Giants video highlights: https://youtu.be/ba9QuIPDMXA?si=mJ2EtQLqYMhJbQW9

I'm surprised by the amount of home runs that traveled over the bleachers at Candlestick Park -- he had underrated power.

You don't provide any evidence. I had the same thing with you before where you say crazy things and then after google start to scale back and tailor your crazy a bit. You clearly know zero, literally zero about actual baseball. Your will clark pictorial evidence is like your skinny Barry Bonds wasnt on steroids evidence.
Please find an actual hitting coach and tell them you want them to teach you to swing with all your weight on your front foot. Oh and tell them you want to dip your back shoulder to accommodate an uppercut swing.

Go back to google AI and try to find a sentence that supports you.

Man I really like watching Will Clark. I remember watching him at Mississippi State and on to the Giants.

Let’s never forget that in all of Nolan Ryan’s over 22,000+ batters faced, only ONE rookie ever homered off him in his debut AB.

One of the funny things about Will Clark is that he was college teammates with Rafael Palmeiro. Both were first round draft pics (Clark was picked higher).

And Clark *hated* Palmeiro. Pretty sure he wasn't surprised when Raffy tested positive...

There is a documentary called Thunder And Lightning that is about Clark and Palmeiros' time in college. Clark addresses him testing positive. Fun watch. It's by SEC Storied.

Clark was the hottest thing in my local hobby scene in Mississippi when I started collecting largely based on his awesomeness on that legendary MSU team. Every birthday party that I went to from the age of 9-12 saw the birthday boy get at least three 1987 Topps Clark rookies. It helped that the local stores kept stacks of them that they sold for $5 (the agreed-upon standard birthday price in my area in the 1980s). The 1986 Topps Traded Clark was my first "grail" card, and only one kid in my school had one.

Not every Gold Glove is a popularity contest. In fact, most of them aren’t. There are certainly several questionable ones in history (Raffy as a DH, for example) but most guys who won multiple were good defensive players. Murphy was absolutely regarded as a top defensive player. Though a lot is talked about regarding his offensive prowess during the 1980s (most TBs of the decade, 2nd most HRs, etc), he actually also had the most Assists and DPs of any NL Outfielder in the decade. Andruw Jones he was not, but he was a top defensive player in his prime.
