They were already buying them. Maybe a 2x increase for a short period and settles back to about 20% over normal prices.

There are so many HoFers who had other great hitters in the lineup. Regardless, you still have to do what Kent did at the plate to achieve that success, where 99% of others fail to make it to the Hall.

Kent, being the only one to get in, is a no-brainer. If you stick to the facts and do not base things on bias and popularity, he stands out among the other candidates.

Happy they elected someone. Happy for Jeff Kent. He definitely deserves to be in Cooperstown. Disappointed they didn’t get another guy in. Would have loved to see Delgado, Murphy, or Mattingly to get in too.

Jeff Kent becomes the only Hall of Famer Barry Bonds ever played with.

They'll get in, particularly Bonds and Clemens. The attitude of PED's in general is changing with each passing generation. Gen Z don't really give a sh*t especially if they were mainly used for healing to come back from injuries. HOF members will pass and baseball writer's will be replaced.

I keep thinking Mattingly and Murphy will get in one day, but only getting half the votes needed on that ballot makes it seem like it will never happen now.

Murphy’s Upper Deck Reverse Negative has tripled in value in PSA 9 grade in the last six months or so as well. I’m hoping it comes back down to its normal range.
