No I don’t care whether they made it or not. Horrible throw and Simpson hasn’t looked good the past couple of games. If they punted they extend the game once they failed Georgia already had the field goal to make it a 3 score game.

Not necessarily...

Like i said. Odds still in their favor...

Depends how they view the loss, in a championship game

SMU lost...and dropped 2 spots, but still made an at large spot...

If Georgia scores again.. and Bama is still in...I think Miami rightly should be pissed

Just depends on the old people in charge

Even though supposedly this game didn’t matter I don’t think Alabama made a good enough showing to skate in. I think Simpson is incapable of leading them to a win against tougher competition.

Nah, this game was always our best case scenario. It was delusional to believe otherwise. Having already secured a playoff spot prior to this we had everything to gain and little to lose -

Win another SEC Championship
Avenge our only loss of the season
Secure a first round playoff bye
Possibly eliminate Bama from playoff contention (I'm guessing they still get in with the BYU loss)

If a team is not up for all that from 1 game then they shouldn't be playing football.

Yeah they didn’t matter at all. The only thing that mattered was that UGA defense.
