I’m confused. If I spend $1000 do I automatically get $100 or do I get an entry for the chance to win $100? I’m guessing it’s the latter?

You get an entry for a chance to win the prize.

With 1.5 days to go… I’m at slightly over 80% of total $ sales from last years Black Friday promo. As expected, Thursday and Friday were pretty strong sales days.

I probably will end up surpassing last year’s total as I expect Sunday will be another strong day. Today will probably be a little flat.

Has anyone figured out how the full sales history promotion works? I added $250 in store credit within the window and don't notice anything different. I still get the same history and it still uses up a history point.

I didn’t do it, but it looks like it is the same feature that is accessed via history points. Only it is unlimited searches through Dec 31. If you click on a card there is a chart icon you can click on to see sales history.

My guess is that once you get to 0 history points, your account will still be able to see sales info.

If you scroll all the way down on any card page, you should see the complete sales history of the card in question (20 prices per page, up to 5,000 prices per card), along with the date of the sale, the condition bucket (if any), and whether it was bought on eBay fixed price, auction, cart, on sale, through offer, and some other stuff.

This is in text form which you can copy and paste into Excel and dig into deeper if you desire.

If you don't see this, you can click on the red help button and report the issue. Mine also wasn't showing up and someone at COMC had to jiggle the handle. It also helped to exit the browser and relaunch. Good luck!

It took me a few days to figure it out, but it is different than the regular history points. You need to click on the card itself and then it will show all the available cards for sale and below that it shows all the sales for that specific card number, if there has been any. I was struggling trying to find it, but I did log out and back in, which I think helped.
This is for the desktop, on the mobile app there is a Market Data tab that you click on that shows up when you click on a card, next to filter.

Has anyone received their graded cards from COMC recently? Or, should we just resign ourselves to the fact we will never see those cards again?

Are you waiting on a physical shipment to your house or do you mean cards you submitted to be slabbed to PSA/CGC through COMC? If the latter, I had some show up in my account earlier in the week. Things have def gotten delayed though.

I won a couple of COMC auctions on eBay that were immediately paid for with COMC credit, however both are still showing up on my eBay page as waiting to be paid. I don’t remember this happening before. Is there a way to make these show as “paid”?

Message them through eBay ASAP. I had the same thing happen a few days ago. Won an auction, auto-paid through COMC about 10~ minutes after the auction ended. Shortly after that, I went on eBay and noticed it still said it wasn't paid for and the 1 hour eBay auto-pay was still counting down. After an hour, it auto-paid on eBay as well. Then, the item that was already sitting in my COMC account because I'd already paid for it there, got taken down and I can't do a thing with it. "Sale Pending". I messaged them though eBay shortly after I had paid the for item twice and about 24~ hours later, I got a refund on the PayPal/eBay payment. I had also mentioned that the card is "locked" on my account and I can't do anything with it. Ghosted on that request, it seems. It'll be 48 hours this evening... and I guess it'll at least be at least Monday before it gets fixed.

If your eBay account is set up for 7 day auto-pay, make sure and get them to fix it before then, or it'll pay through eBay as well... Then you'll be in the same mess I'm in . As far as changing the 1 hour auto-pay or 7 day auto-pay goes...that's something you can't do yourself. I tried, trust me. Older eBay accounts seem to get 7 days vs 1 hour and also the seller is the one who opts into auto-pay on their auctions. From the reading I've done, the opt in/out was squeezed into something you had to click to sell not to long ago and most people just click yes to everything on those deals...I know I do and don't read through every word, haha.

COMC is just flat bad at what they do, or what they're supposed to do, these days. If there were other viable options, I'd be gone for good. But there aren't, really...eBay I guess, but I'm not buying and selling $2 or $4 cards on eBay, no thanks! Expensive cards I have almost always just used eBay...but bulk I'm not messing with myself. So, COMC it is, warts and all

Thanks. I called eBay and they made note but really could not do anything. I made a screenshot of my “Latest Purchases” on COMC but eBay could not give me a way to text or email to verify payment. I paid for both on 11/27 and no automatic yet. I did message COMC. Maybe I’ll contact them on Facebook.

I have question for anyone that has done the $250 promo to see sales history.

Do you know if you can see different images of the exact card sold?? I would love to be able to see all the different sketch cards for a given artist/set that have been sold for some nonsports.

Sucks that ebay sales dont count towards sales for the top seller spot. Most of my sales this black Friday has come through ebay over 5000$ worth.

You can't see images of the specific sold cards. What you see is a text style list of all the sales (date, grade/condition, sale price, and transaction type).

Thanks, I don't see that so I'll have to message them. I was hoping it was like that where you truly get the full history and not just unlimited history points.

I also have the Ebay issue, I've had some bad luck with COMC the past few days.

Cards I submitted via COMC to pop in my account. I have two over a month behind schedule, with another just a week late.

Just need $200 in sales today to match last year’s Black Friday week sales total.

How do change the promo discount?

I thought that once you chose your discount it locked it in for the time period
