94 cards graded (from the base set) at PSA, only 18 gems. That's about a 19% gem rate.

Who's going to target to get the black friday exclusive? The scan and slam inserts look pretty good imo. Theres no other information about the checkout champions insert set. It's not even on the checklist. Autograph checklist for target exclusive is pretty weak. No one desirable in the retail rush checklist. Shopping spree checklist is better with the top rookies.
Will probably pick up a few. Don't think they will sell out fast.

Oh, some clown already has them listed on ebay for about $150.

I have four of the target blasters coming. Already had family members going for something else so they just grabbed them for me. I was not going to get in line just for that. They did get a free tote bag and one had a year of target 360 in one.

There was no line at all by my target - and they had a full display of the Black Friday Exclusive - no one was taking any - i got my allotment - at least 100+ in the display.

Same as my Target. Not a fan of the 2 limit, I would have like to pick up 10 or so.

I pulled this Crackleboard Red (on red jersey) Jabari Smith Jr /5

Unfortunately, the back top left corner is a bit soft.

Hit two cards numbered to /5 out of my 4 Black Friday blasters. Not necessarily the guys you want, but I’ll take this for retail. Exclusive parallel is clean as well.

I passed over the Sarr at first, numbering is very easy to miss.

Small sample size. Picked up 14 from various stores. 10 from 1 store that didn't enforce limit. They had it out in the open in a rack. The other 2 had limit of 2 and was at customer service.

Fun rip. Just didn't hit the correct names. The auto checklist for the rush auto was weak so wasn't expecting good autos when I pulled them. Didn't pull 1 flagg blackout. Best was Coward.

Base wise, pulled about 3x more vj and Coward than the others. It was the other way around with regular and fanatics blasters. I pulled more flagg and ace Bailey in those. Only 3 flagg base on 14 boxes.

Imo, fanatic blasters are better.

Got 8 blasters at 2 different Targets, DFW area. They were on big displays with Cooper Flagg Lifesize Poster cutout type setup. Were plentiful still at both locations. My wife bought 2 and I bought 2 at each location for a total of 8. Btw it was 1 pm at one location and nearly 2pm at the other and they were still in stock. Selling well put probably 50+ boxes still left at each location at the time I was there. I think the displays probably easily held a couple hundred at least at start of the day. Havent opened any of mine yet, but the pictures of the Blackouts look nice!

Got a hobby from an LCS that sold it below market in a black Friday deal. Got a silver Flagg, which is just a super pretty card. Like you are all saying and I'm sure have been saying, maybe one of the numbered cards had two good upper corners. Most of them aren't like cooked bad but most of them are a little soft on the upper left.

Main thing is that I appreciate how many numbered cards there are - I got 5, two of them /50 golds (one insert, one not) and none over /150. It definitely makes it more fun.

Long term I think this set is going to have good value, even though the PR is giga high of course. But it's going to be the first Topps set of the new era, and that can't be a bad thing 20 years from now.
