My base order was received on 9/1 and should be back in my hands tomorrow 11/20. Roughly around 60 days to get this order back.

Please Beckett ownership...puts some dollars into your company. Focus on your core business...cards grading first...get orders in and out faster while keeping quality...spend some dollars into your customer service. Get back to being the clear #2.

I go through the phone process for about 5 or 6 times. No one picks up. The last time I press star. I have pressed star once daily and haven’t received a call back. I have sent emails.

Submitted through a group sub on July 16. Grades populated in the pop report by mid-August. Beckett still hasn’t sent the cards back. Supply chain issue for slab materials? Taking more than 3 months to encapsulate a card seems odd.

Not bad. Mine popped and went to labels May 13th and I haven’t heard anything since.

My express order has been stuck at the airport for 2 days without a scan and hasn't left the country yet

Beckett has also apparently asked for a pause on group submissions due to being too far behind

They stopped accepting group submissions so you can’t go to your card shop and submit underneath them at the moment. All the companies are falling behind a bit and I think this is a proactive measure to prevent the backup that happened underneath Covid.

You can still submit individually yourself. Honestly that is the safest method you don’t know if your submitter might switch out a great card with an inferior condition card in a group submission.

Submitting cards yourself is a great practice. It lowers the amount of repeat nonsensical submissions, it encourages you to learn how to properly pre-screen your cards, it saves you money in the end (reduced low-to-no-return card submissions), and it prevents some shady group submitter from intentionally or unintentionally swapping/mixing up your submitted cards within a submission (yes, this unfortunately happens).

New release modern base rookies don't need to be graded. If you feel strongly about the trajectory of a player, protect the card and see what happens over a few years. Most people weren't rushing out Mahomes base back in 2017.

Business days for Beckett start the day after they mark received on your order. Not the day the delivery service delivers it.

Yes, turnaround times are slow right now across all graders. Beckett is specifically backed up and has currently cancelled group submissions until the backlog clears. Kryten also had an issue with that order with a card being swapped to Authentication Service which was likely why it was so much slower



Express parcel finally got returned today so I'll be doing a new label and sending off again

They sent me an email in early July which I responded to how I wanted to handle the situation they replied back saying they got it will make the change on their end. Then the person never did who sent the email so after multiple emails about 5 of the cards and no response I called in after getting a phone number they want to keep hidden. The person looked into it I think this was early September and said they made the changes themselves. Call back a week later spoke to another representative changes were not made they personally made the changes while I was on the line and that same person sent me an apology email later that day.

So the first part of the order minus the days it took me to respond should have been done around a week after the National at most. The switched card should’ve been done end of September at worse.

All I can advise people just make sure the card is something they can grade through BGS and doesn’t have to go through BAS. A Production Proof auto on a card for Leaf has to go through BAS even though it is an auto card they produced and an auto on regular leaf card can go through BGS as long as it is one Leaf backs as one of their auto cards. Learned my lesson.

I didn’t realize that and thought it was fine and responsible for part of the delay on that order and accept that responsibility. That said from the moment I first responded and got a response back they said they handled the rest of the delay is on their team from about July on.

My two orders since then have been moving through smoothly. Waiting on the card verification on my standard order for 1 card, but my 11 card order every card was verified.

I see, darn. Yeah I just signed up for this forum for this specific thread haha. I just sent out a single card to BGS with 20-25 days that was received on Nov 20th so was curious on actual experiences. Am now adjusting expectations to well after the holidays. Thanks for clarifying Krysten's situation!
