Those are not part of their count for days on turnaorund time. Those are our internal steps in getting the sub sent out.

All 3 of those are separate steps, none are combined with Research and ID

I have a couple random Q's to Pscsportscards. Been using you a few months & all positive so far btw.

1 - Does PSA ever give you reasoning for upcharges they make?
2 - For thicker cards I typically just send them in magnetic holder / toploader - this is ok, and they're shipped like this to PSA correct?
3 - What's the amount of cards you send to PSA in each "lot/order"?

I had a bgs order that arrived at your office on 11/12 and you stopped sending submissions a week later. Did 0870502 get shipped before the cutoff? If not what are the plans for it?

I just sent you a PM about combined shipping. My week expires tomorrow (today by the time you read this) Dec 3.

I also think I may have uncovered the reason that shipping is not combining correctly.

1. They can upcharge if the market value of the card exceeds the max declared value of the service level

2. Yes, cards that are too thick for cardsavers can still be sent in another holder

3. It varies from submission to submission

Just checked - it was shipped to PSA on 11/5 and has been received by them.

It was not sent out because of the cutoff from BGS. Everyone with pending BGS subs that are still with us was emailed (I checked with grading and they said you were emailed 11/19). Just reply back to that email so they can get these processed for you.

Yes - PSA is automatic every 3 hours but BGS is manual updates as they give them to us. LMK the sub #s Il'l have the team check to make sure everything is entered correctly so they are getting the updates.
