Default What are you thankful for?
As we are in Thanksgiving week post something you are thankful for.

Add as many as you want, serious or funny.

I am thankful for all the support I received here during my original cancer diagnosis and ongoing battle. I am cancer free at this moment but the type I had is very aggressive and invasive and will be monitored for the rest of my life and will not be surprised if it comes back

I am thankful for more things than I can list. #1 is how close my family still is. I have a grandparent who is healthy and full of energy. I have my parents even after my mom’s heart gave us a massive scare earlier this year. My wife and kids are great and in good health. Also blowout for constant entertainment

Dear Eight Pound, Six Ounce, Newborn Infant Jesus, don't even know a word yet, just a little infant, so cuddly, but still omnipotent. I'm thankful for The Marx Brothers, Montgomery Clift and Woody Allen movies.

Also Bettie Page, The Sex Pistols, Dead Kennedys and Rammstein.

And the Allied soldiers who took everything that wasn't nailed down(but eventually got that too) from Berlin, Munich and the Berchtesgaden area after WWII so I have something to collect in my spare time.

Thankful to see each new day. Those who have their health do not appreciate the blessing their lives have been afforded. I do not mean “live life to the fullest” or take more adventures that add risk/reward, but be content with the boring life good spots like watching sports or eating healthier to add a few more days to walk this life. YOLO should mean smarter choices not riskier imho.

This is true. I remember reading about your health issues in the past. I hope things are going well and you have some great holidays.
