With no checklist, the all cards to /99 max thing means nothing. What if the base card checklist is 100 cards? Then 8 or whatever different parallels of that. Then who knows how many insert sets, all to max /75, then 7 parallels of those. The language on the website tells me that autos are going to be super hard to hit. With only 5 cards per box, could be a lot of this made. And being this isn't a one time release with this having a pre-order then main release, there might be a decent amount of these boxes made.

I did a calculation for odds of pulling an auto from the 50/50 set. There were 189 total autos in that set. Based on pure math and assuming Topps printed an equivalent of 75k boxes (96 auto-only cards, 90 auto relic cards, and the 3 Dynasty Black cards), 189/75,000 = 0.25% odds of pulling an auto. So you would have needed to rip nearly 400 boxes to hit an auto on average. At current prices of $600/box, would need to shell out a quarter mil to maybe hit an auto. Lol

I'm guessing the odds of pulling an auto in this new set will be better, though maybe not by a ton.

Right. Fanatics is using only pictures of autos to market this. That's their new way of saying you don't have a chance at these. See: every ToppsNOW release.

I did pull an Ohtani auto from a 50/50 box and sold it for $13K, but I also bought like 6 cases of the stuff for $18K, lol

Is this like the 3X MVP boxes, I did not like that product.
