Wait, maybe more with the conversion. Could be 329.99 and 629.99

But at least 300 and 600.

Also, France was 725 Euro Jumbo and 380 Euro Hobby. Unfvcking real.

EDIT #4: so based on Pound and Euro prices, I expect $349.99 and $649.99 at the lowest in the US.
EDIT #5: For topps paper NBA, UK Pound price for Jumbo was 210 vs $249.99 US. So it's either $649.99 or $699.99 for US today.

Fun!

Dang, so resale prices demanded from box flipper bois will be $600/$1200, and will be $750/$1500 from the big three.

Gotta love our “hobby”!

Make sure you wear protection when visiting your target and Walmarts, gents!

Let everyone else play this game. People tolerated Panini, b/c they always had Topps as a backup for fairly priced product. No thanks.....

At those prices I wouldn't even try to buy any. If Jumbos are over $1k direct from Topps then I'm out.......way way out
I guess we’re in?

Prizm was coming out at over $1K. Why would anyone expect Topps to price TC not far from that?

Assuming jumbo will give most bang for the buck compared to hobby?

I have a feeling some people were expecting "baseball pricing" but yeah..with what Prizm goes for..I expected the price to be super high

Looks like I’ll be out other than retail. Possibly will try for one box of First Day if available.

If pricing is as we now are inclined to believe it to be, this means two things, for me.

#1) Early queue-up @ my local WM, when retail releases.
#2) More $$$ to [hopefully] pick up Ohtani goodies

EDIT: I just can't easily get behind buying a $700 jumbo,...getting a (example) Ginobli #/499 ,....a Lu Dort #/199,...Ron Holland #/50 ,...and a Spud Webb Legends auto as my "hits", and walking away,..."contented"!?

Gettin' crazy out here, fellas! Gettin',...CRAZY!!

How is topps uk / europe usually priced vs the usa releases ? These prices are over 400/800 so is that what we assume there are some tariffs so it might be a bit cheaper ?

Maybe Mega boxes truly are the new Hobby boxes for collectors.

Far? Flagship resell was way above any paper Panini product.

Jumbo clears 4 figures easily

Just 1 anecdote, but '25 Topps Chrome Marvel hobby boxes were $240 US, 185 GBP at pre-order.

Don't forget this is a preorder. So expect to be without funds until Dec 4th at the earliest for the free loan to Fanatics and then higher box prices for the second release.

Good business strategy!

I really really really wish we had the odds released. I know it's wishful thinking but it would provide some insight into how much of this stuff is being produced.

But ya, I know Topps doesn't care because it'll sell regardless.

The UK has a (non-food) goods and services tax of 20% which bumps of the cost of things compared to the USA.

Topps Flagship Hobby box pre-sold for £100 in the UK versus $110 in the USA.

Topps Chrome Hobby boxes pre-sold for £330 on Topps UK, suggesting they should be around $365 when the land on the US site.
