He’ll always be Sam Arnold to me. He doesn’t deserve to have his name said correctly.

We can safely remove Darnold and Baker and insert in Myles Garrett

The last time a defensive player won MVP was LT back in 1986

And I'm here for it

Maybe if he wins a playoff game? That’s asking a lot.

1. Stafford

2. Maye

3. Allen

I don't even see anyone else winning the MVP as it sits right now.

Love to see Stafford win it. That would for sure seal his HOF candidacy even though I think he is likely already in.

Taylor should be on the list. He is carrying the Colts and has a chance to break records.

Realistically it's Stafford or Allen.

My non-Vegas 11/17/2025 Update:

M. Stafford
D. Maye
.
.
J. Taylor
J. Allen

Notes

Jonathan Taylor's candidacy can only survive if he carries the Colts vs. some outstanding upcoming opponents. Up first, Chiefs.

Sam Darnold just fell off a cliff. Woof.

Unc Stafford lengthens his lead with a flawless 27/2 TD/INT season thus far. And he's not slowing down, folks. Is this the year Stafford solidifies his HoF candidacy?

Maye has another decent, but not great, game. This time vs. a bad opponent. But everyone else is falling apart so he keeps the #2 spot.

(*in a Trump voice*)Huge game for Joshy boy. 6 total TD's, thank you very much. He's creeping back into the picture.

Barkley did everything a RB could do last year and didn't win the MVP. Really hard for any non QB to win it.

J Tay already has more TDs this year than Saquon did all of last year.

True, but he also joined the Eagles, who were coming off a near SB win the year prior.

Stafford only threw for 130 yesterday and barely beat a team that turned the ball over 4+ times. He's throwing to Puka & Davante and has Kyren in his backfield.

What are we even doing here?

1986 Giants went 14-2 and won the Super Bowl.

If Garrett is MVP, what does that mean? He helped the Browns win 3 games this season instead of 2?

You and I both know it will never happen, but it would be a hoot if Garrett did nab the MVP and threw everyone in the NFL into a chaotic frenzy.

This is where I think Taylor has a better chance than Barkley ever did. Nobody had the Colts as a possible top seed/best record in the NFL. When Barkley signed with Philly there wasn’t much of a surprise that he was going to put up monster numbers. Obviously he exceeded them but ultimately it was still kind of expected.

Still a long shot but I think Taylor still has a chance.

Agreed 100%, him and Myles Garrett clearly are 2 Non QBs who deserve consideration

Way more than people who give a rip about pictures of some old squirrel, termite-infested tree
