PSA is not buying back the cards, its PSA approved 3rd party companies.

On the browser page, the order status tracker has changed from green checks & clocks to a solid black line with a pulsating red dot on the current status.

Glad they’re focused on updating their website. Hopefully someday they will be focused on grading our cards in a timely matter.

...and in related news, Jack Tripper isn't going out with Mr. Furley's niece, it's not Jack, it's his twin bother Austin.

Collector's Universe started a new separate (*wink wink*) business called "PowerPacks LLC" using literally PSA's address as the Principal Address for this new "independent" company that is NOT PSA. (*wink wink*)

PSA approved "partners" may also be buying back cards too, but PSA too is most definitely buying back cards too in the name of PowerPacks LLC.

I think that's standard. Mine is also red. It's been in QA checks for about a week. I'll post if I get an upcharge email.

Likewise, albeit mine is on day 3 or 4.

PSA offers accepted on an order: 25432769 (in case any employees are reading) on October 14th.

That order STILL is displaying offers for cards that I did not accept as of November 5th and has not shipped to me.

Per PSA, "For items shipping back to you, please allow ~3 days after QA Checks completion for shipping labels to be printed/applied before we provide the carrier’s tracking number."

3 days is now 3 weeks. WTF are you all doing, ship this dang order.

There are still offers on cards that you want to keep right? They must really want those cards! If PSA is reading this, make your customers happy by having 2 buttons on those cards they want...one to accept offer, one to refuse offer...so that the shipping process can begin right away. OR...if PSA really wants a card, allow the submitter to counter the offer.

Correct, every card that I did not accept an offer on is suppose to be shipped back to me. Approximately half of these cards due to be shipped back to me still have offers displayed and it' been like this literally since October 14th. They will not ship this order back.

Complained via customer service and the lady, who had responded to a previous inquiry gave the "it's not due until November 14th" BS for which I replied "come on, whatever."

Just fired off another inquiry. This is freaking annoying. if any of this BS is slowing down operations, SCRATCH IT. I know you fools want to make an extra 100M or so off of this program + ebay authenticity grading, but my God get your operations right on your bread and butter services before rolling out more operationally confusing and operationally delaying processes. Insane.

My bulk order that popped last week is already back in my hands today. Unreal.

Any offers made to your order? Being closed to their Santa Ana office helps on delivery for sure. I usually get my pkgs in NorCal 2 days after shipped out.

Value Bulk- Dual Service 1980-present
Order was dropped off in person at an event on July 15th
Order Prep-8/6
Research- 8/6

Estimated completion 11/6

Still sitting in research... When I emailed PSA they said all was on time and timelines are estimates and not guarantees, which i understand but this order has not even made it to grading, still months away from compeltion on the current rate.

Value (1980-Present) - 21 cards
Order arrived Sept 24
Order Prep: ???

Looking at past posts, certain orders that were placed in October are moving faster than September orders at the same service level, which is odd.
Why don't they momentarily pause orders for a week so they can catch up? Or offer optional overtime for their workers on weekends? These long delays are awful.

Newly opened in October, but in actuality it's converted SGC offices and staff over to PSA

Default Update And Closed

TCG Bulk
# of cards: 22 (10/12 Total between 2 people) (all "vintage" except for 2)
Delivered & "Order Arrived" per USPS & PSA: 23 July 2025
Order Prep: 12 Aug 2025 per 2200 PST email. About 3 weeks from arrival.
Research & ID: 12 Aug. Just going with this because I don't recall a transition from order prep to R&ID
Grading: 28 or 29 Aug 2025 (might not be exact, I wasn't checking every day)
Assembly: 29 August (might have been 28 August. Grading and Assembly were already done together when I checked.
QA: 9 Sept
Grades Ready:10/23/2025
Shipped date:10/30/2025

One of the non-vintage got a 10 and up-charged. Was my first experience with this and it was pretty cool! Alakazam 125 XY era. Was my son's card flip and he wasn't expecting a 10 so he happily took the offer

Not true. One of the approved 3rd party buyers IS Collectors, itself.
