That's definitely not behind. It happens to be a long time, most of the time. If it has moved faster to that position in the past, which I have seen, it was an anomaly and is normal to take a bit.

If i'm reading correctly there are certain cards you cannot submit through Gamestop? For example Allen & Ginter minis don't meet the requirements? Does anyone have experience with this?

Seems promising.. lol
My four orders arrived to PSA Sept. 16th and they're still in the 'order arrived' state, GameStop orders jump the line.

Good luck with your grades!

Yeah, seems like GS orders get some sort of priority, They tend to finish in 6-8 weeks as opposed to 12ish weeks.

I've never heard of this issue. Only one I know of is that you cannot send in IP autos. Only pack pulled certified autographs.

I may need to visit my local GameStop to confirm but i did find in their FAQ:

What kind of cards can I submit for grading with GameStop?
All standard size trading cards and sports cards with dimensions of 2.5 in x 3.5 in.

To me that sounds like it excludes anything other than the standard size?

I'm just comparing based on my past results and anecdotally from people i know. This is the longest i've seen it take to progress through these stages. Whether it's an actual slow down or its just a delay on step updates, it's still not as quick as I have personally seen it.

Do you need to sign up for the "Pro" to take advantage of anything other than $5 off shipping? Does the order still show up under My Account?

$5 off shipping, monthly $5 certificates and you get points for your grading orders which usually equate to another $5. You get a lot of value back.

Oh wow! That is interesting. I just perceived they would grade anything pack pulled. Good to know.

About 7 weeks for this order.... super quick compared to submitting through PSA and went 7/8 on Gem 10s.

Literally my first thought, I am not trusting some 19 year old at GameStop with high valued cards lol.

And a year later after that original post was made, there are hundreds of posts on here about how great the service has been, way faster than submitting directly to PSA. No stories at all about GS losing or damaging orders. While in the PSA threads, and stand alone threads, various posts about PSA damaging the cards on direct submissions.

GS lost the first sub I sent them and cut me a check for 5k or so. After that its been fine, the best is how much faster it is than any other bulk.
