Felt like I overpaid for this at the time, and I probably still did, but glad to have it in my collection either way. He had a Series for the ages.

Picked up 3 Yamamotos during the WS.
Bought this on 10/26 (currently in route):  At the time, I was looking at a couple other Yamamotos but didn't pull the trigger on any of them. Most of them are no longer available ofc haha. Also picked up 2 raw versions of the same card above (2024 HHN Black Chrome #/75) right after last night's game ended. Wish I picked up an Ohtani one of these, would've loved to start a Japanese Heritage Chrome Black Chrome run. |

IMHO, he's being underrated by the hobby.
Two very good seasons to start his MLB career, and now WS heroics that will keep his name in the conversation for years to come. |
