Shohei Ohtani inspires new MLB rule for upcoming season ...
The "Ohtani rule" is a Major League Baseball (MLB) rule that allows a player who starts as both a pitcher and a designated hitter (DH) to remain in the game as the DH after they are no longer pitching. This allows a two-way player like Shohei Ohtani to continue batting even after they've been removed from the mound, as long as they started the game in both roles.

Every pitcher except for Yoshinobu Yamamoto will be available tomorrow in Game 7, manager Dave Roberts said.

If it's the 18th inning or so, you could even see Yamamoto.

Congrats to both teams, each within one game of history.
It's a shame one will lose. I'm a Dodger fan, but the Blue Jays seem like some good guys.

I agree with this. Except the $&%* Springer. That dude can kick rocks.

Both teams seem so nice.

Is Springer really the least liked player in the World Series?

Maybe Teoscar isn’t very well liked as well?

I pretty much let it go as the team gradually dispersed, with only Altuve and the just returned Correa playing for Houston now. Life's too short to hold grudges for too long. Plus, our team, with the aid of a mere several billion dollars, was able to overcome having been victimized by earning two championships since then with a good shot at a third one tomorrow.

I still remember snagging the Astros at +145 for that series and winning a grip.

McCulllers Jr. as well but he spends so much of his money for the aide of homeless dogs no one could possibly hate that guy.

Wow.
Seriously. 2nd and 3rd with no outs.

3 pitches later the game is over and they don't score at all. Wild.

And so it begins -- the game to decide everything. Two teams enter; one team leaves -- Thunderdome. Uh, I mean, game 7 of the World Series.

Will Ohtani have an all-time epic performance and bring the championship home for the Doyers? Will the Jays let him?

Will Big Bad Vlad hit a monster homer to slay the giant?

Who will be the game 7 hero?

Unpopular opinion but this series has had a lot of bone-headed plays that negate any greatness to the series.

I like the Dodgers vs Scherzer but I could see a 1-1 game into the late innings....

I think anything can happen. It’s one baseball game deciding the championship.

I wanna see Kershaw hug Scherzer as Scherzer wins the WS as his final act on a baseball field.

Rooting for the Jays. Even though yesterday was disappointing, they were facing Yamamoto.

On paper, the Jays pitching seems to line up better than the Dodgers.

I think it'll depend how quickly the Jays can get into the Dodgers bullpen.

The better team has been Toronto but it's baseball and I have a feeling the Dodgers will take it.
