I bought a card (SGC graded) that just arrived, was stuck at the authenticators for 13 days.... From order to arrival was roughly 20 days. Ridiculous

Several cards I bought the last week of September, I have yet to receive them. Roughly a half dozen or so.

Of note, when I go to purchase an item and attempt to add on optional grading, the payment will not work. Says "Still Processing" for a few hours. If I pay w/o adding on grading, payment goes right through. I've had 4-5 cards over the weekend where I've attempted to add on grading but this is putting orders in limbo land

Has anyone bought a card in the past two weeks? Has the authentication process gotten back to a few days or is it still taking up to a week or more?

It’s taking less than 3-5 days to authenticate.

The last 4 cards I have sold (all in October) that have gone through authentication have all taken 7 days. Not ideal as a seller since they hold funds on some of them.

How did you contact them? I bought a card that’s been there about three weeks now and it’s not been authenticated yet.

Seller did, I'm the buyer. He and I are both without a card but I got my money back and ebay ate it so he wouldn't be out anything.

I have had one there since Oct. 16th (PSA graded). This is the longest I have ever waited and they are holding my funds as well. Not a fan of this at all.

Delivered Wednesday, authenticated this morning.

Seems like the delays are primarily for graded cards (in Florida), not raw cards (in California).

Just adding a datapoint... won a (raw) card Sunday, got notification that it passed authentication and it is on it's way to me this morning (Friday). That's a pretty good turnaround IMO.

Bought a card Wednesday. Arrived at hub/PSA Friday. Authenticated today and shipped out this afternoon. They shipped via FedEx instead of USPS. Makes me a bit nervous shipping with FedEx but hopefully nothing to worry about

Had October 20 and 22 both tracking numbers say November 3rd for delivery

Both east cost to Santa Ana California then back to Illinois

So they did a good job. But they really need to open a authentication hub somewhere east of Mississippi

I know they had something at one point in Florida and New Jersey. But mine always go to Santa Ana California
