Good One to block - Leaves negs / neutrals without reason. Noticed he has a history of this only after getting hit with a Neutral "K," must have just hit "BIN" on one of my items as I feel like I would have caught it.

By reviewing his previous feedbacks, I'd assume he leaves these for ESUS/PWE shipments.

This is one of the worst buyers I have ever seen. It appears his mail gets rained on almost every day, and even the positives he has left appear to mean that he forced a partial refund from the seller. A total tool.
