2025 Panini Mosaic Holiday Cereal Boxes

Don’t see a thread, every other holiday set does so why not? Especially when they are actually affordable comparatively and imo look cooler than say the Topps baseball being Chrome. Some may not even know these exist and someone asked in the break section for a box pic so I’m leaving some here. Can get the usual case hits ala Donruss holiday tins and the addition of the SSP Cookie parallel, seems a fun, cheap way to hunt the new rookies, I got some to open.

CardCollector2 has a video on these, he opened up a case a week or so ago.

It was brutal, you only get one of those Candy Cane looking cards per pack.
Feel like the whole set shoulda been like that, kinda like Topps Holiday.

He hit one auto in the entire case and it was a scrub.

I can’t stand that guy or RunGoodLife so won’t be seeing that, perfect example you literally said it was a brutal rip and he posts a title (I did click the link) that would make people think it was great with mentioning a case-hit and the emoji used lmao

Not to defend Panini but these or holiday tins aren’t exactly where I’d consider them to seed autos and if they are I’d expect it to be a scrub, heck I’d expect that from regular Mosaic or most retail autos. I did think the candy canes were for all with the parallel being the cookie but thinking about it personally I kind of like it. It’s gimmicky regardless but the Topps ones aren’t as desirable (that I know of) compared to a base rc not in the holiday style where as here at least you can hit a base rookie and not have it surrounded by snowflakes or something. One auto/mem per is def better but I dunno if I’d prefer the SSP’s which could be anyone and a no-name even SSSP is worthless vs the one candy cane that’s guaranteed to be a rookie and only one per, assuming a bunch of guys aren’t doubled in a case it makes it a bigger deal to pull one of the top guys. While it’s quirky give me candy cane parallels over Ohtani wearing a wreath while batting lol I do think they could have added some other holiday parallels though like I think Revolution NBA? Did as it would make it less boring than the one candy cane each time and hoping for cookie or case hit
