There's a Chisholm listed on eBay as a Snowball SSP. On the checklist, I think it's the Holiday Variation SSP.

EDIT: Someone just listed a Yamamoto and a Matt Chapman also.

Presumably, the #CMP23 code is Holiday Image Variation SP's, the #CMP27 code is SSP, & #CMP28 (sugar cookie logo on back) is the Holiday Variation.

In the one Mega case we ripped, we counted:

(1) #CMP27 - Matt Chapman
(20) #CMP28
(40) #CMP23

Working on the foilboard parallels, now. Will update, shortly.

Nope. It's the true SSP chase out of the base parallels (or so we think). The "Holiday Backs" fall 1 per box and the other SPs are 2 per box.

Thanks to the lack of a checklist most of us didn't know these existed for days but these appear to be an SSP version. I've ripped a case and a quarter and don't believe I pulled one. Received shipping notification this evening; my 20 boxes of advent calendars are en route. Three total packages, so presumably,...as was hoped-for/expected, they were indeed shipped-out as (2) 8 box cases, and 4 'loose' boxes.

Anyone else receive their shipping notification?

They could have at least made the Holiday Back SSPs have the little snow outline and color scheme of the regular SSPs.

Time to go through my Image Variations... Again...

Edit: Roki and James Wood are on both SP/SSP Holiday Backs checklist. Gotta be a little more to this...

My Meijer had the Advent Calendar boxes - $59.99 but I bought one since I couldn't find them last year. There was one "The Nice List" per pack so I got 15 of those plus 5 dupes, which was disappointing. I was amused to see Emmanuel Clase in that set. There was also 1 green checkerboard patterned card in each pack which is a parallel of the base set. The rest of the cards in the regular 5-card packs were all base with a code ending in 526. No photo variations. There were also 2 Buyback packs with one card each, and 1 Evergreen pack with 3 die cut cards. Mine had H. Kim, J. Wilson and J. Verlander. The buyback packs have a stamped gold ornament that says "Topps Originals 2025." I got a 2023 Hank Aaron Allen & Ginter card, and a 1982 K-Mart 20th Anniversary card of Pete Rose.

I also bought some Mega Boxes at Walmart and pulled a Hidden Elf Roki Sasaki in the first pack! In my third pack, I pulled a Menorah border Marcus Semien #/8!

It appears as though every single chrome card looks llke the front surface has been scrubbed across concrete.

Just wanted confirmation that this is indeed true.

The winter design elements make many of the chrome cards appear washed out, if that's what you're talking about. I've seen some miscuts and the only chrome of note out of two cases that I pulled - Cam Smith Blue - had a bad corner. But otherwise, I don't see a lot of surface scratches on the chrome I have.

Saw about 10-15 Advent Calendars at Walmart this morning and damn those things are huge. First time that I remember ever seeing them in person. There were only a couple Mega Boxes left though.
