Evans has never been 1st team all pro. He's never been the best WR in the league.

But he has been consistent over a long period and usually WRs fall off a cliff around his age.

Saying he is on the same level as Rice or Moss is asinine though.

If he comes back Week 7 @ the Lions, he will need 860 yards the rest of the way, averaging to around 80 yards needed in each game

He will be 33 next year, so his big productive seasons are done. He can still be a solid number two next to Egbuka. He is a free agent. I think they resign for smaller number during the off season.

He put together an incredible run 11 straight 1,000-yard seasons, tying Jerry Rice. I doubt we’ll see anything like that again anytime soon. He’s a strong candidate for first-ballot Hall of Fame consideration, though how he finishes his career will matter. As for the current fire sale on his cards on eBay, I’m definitely taking advantage of it

I think its a lot more likely in the future considered schedule is 17 games and how pass happy some teams are especially to get the ball to their #1 guys led by guys like Chase and St. Brown
