As far as we know it's not PSA buying the cards.

C'mon man. When you go out of your way to correct this, but have to say "technically" and "on paper"....

Look at the address of the LLC filing:

Saying "it's not PSA buying the cards" insults everyone's intelligence when the reality is so obvious. It's like when Amazon created hundreds of subsidiaries (i.e. "Fulfilled by AmazonXYZ, LLC") or the sole purpose of tax avoidance. Collectors/PSA created this new LLC in March 2025 to shield liability in case they get regulated, and/or so they can say on paper "it's not PSA buying the cards", when it really is. So c'mon man. No need to go out of your way to "correct" something that is highly fake in nature. Let's just keep it real.

PowerPacks LLC is literally PSA's mailing address. LOL
Even the same suite number.

C'mon.

Remember when algorithms caused Zillow to buy so many houses they had to liquidate them?

I hope if given the opportunity people are taking advantage of the PSA offers that are out of sync with the market.

I just had an order pop but don't see an option to get offers. Do I have to send all card to the Vault to see the offers? And if I send them to the Vault can I then send them back to my address if there are no offers or the offers are not good?

Thanks to anyone who has already used this for your advice!

You would see offers if they want the card. If you do not see offers there is no interest on the card or not enough data or would would see the offers. You can always send to vault to see if they will add an offer later on for the card if you would like.
Thanks

Will I still be charged return shipping if I accept all offers resulting in no cards being shipped back?

Surprised they wouldn't want to make offers on these highly-liquid cards. I might add them to my Vault just to see if that will enable the offers to come in but I'm not sure how easy it is to then subsequently take them out of my vault to ship back to me.

Just FYI I dont think you can not pay shipping even if you take all offers. It appears they already invoiced/charged my card for the shipping day of so if I accepted the offer I don't think they'd change the charge.

You should try to get an adjustment if you don't have a single card returning to you.

It almost seems worth it to go to card shows and scan slabs on the PSA app to see the offers they are giving. It’s not worth it for high pop cards but for low pop cards that PSA is offering on, it’s worth trying to see if their offers are ridiculously high. Then you can buy the card cheap at a show and send it to PSA’s vault to sell them the card.

Vaulting the card takes weeks at the moment, you run the risk of the offer significantly changing in the meantime.

That’s why someone should deal with cards that are not comping every day. My cards from last PSA order took a week to be entered into my vault.

Day6 for me after delivery and still not uploaded into the vault. Less than 2 months ago they were receiving my cards and putting them into my vault within 3 days…

I had to laugh, they graded a 1993 Upper Deck Fun Packs Ken Griffey Jr. a PSA 8 and offered me $36 for it. Of course, I accepted the offer, but that card in a PSA 8 is worth maybe $15 on a good day. Very strange.

It’s been since October 28th for me. It wasn’t a PSA order, but I sent random slabs that I had to their vault to accept their offers on them.

About what they gave me for some cheap Aaron Judge card that got a 9. That and a couple others made up for a lower than average gem rate last order. I ended up letting them have 2/3 of the order. It's nice getting the deposit the next day. If the stuff in my next couple of subs is as liquid then will definitely increase number of subs and/or number of cards in them.

On the flipside, they lowballed on a few and I just had those shipped. They all sold for well above the offer on eBay but I did need to do some token work.

I had an Ichiro card on eBay for over a year that was Buy it Now for $175.

I scanned in some of my PSA-graded cards I had on eBay into the PSA app, and the offer was $197. So I took down the eBay listing, sent that card along with a few others to the PSA vault, and about 10 days later, the offer was still good and I sold it for more than my Buy it Now. Like you said, very strange.

Because they’re going to magically turn it into a 10 and sell it for $200

As much as I loathe PSA, they don't need my PSA 8 for $36 to make a PSA 10. PSA could literally just buy boxes themselves and slab their own cards from breaks for a lot cheaper than $36 for one card. I seriously doubt they are re-slabbing base cards people send in.
