Finally the first progress update. Not much, just the Value Max order with the 1 card finished the nebulous "Order Prep" and has now moved to Research & ID. After a month, it's good to know that one card is now "Prepped".

Second of four baseball only orders popped. 19 days in QC, give or take a day. Much better results (15/20 gems), sapphire stuff went 5/5 and the biggest card in the order gemmed, so that helped.

Two remaining orders have been in QC for 17 and 11 days respectively. All four orders had estimated completion dates of 10/27.

Still waiting for the first baseball order to actually ship. I accepted one PSA offer on that order, none on this one. Curious to see if that delays shipping

The memo here is to make sure you include bulk orders with quicker service orders. They get checked in quicker.

I know this isn't the best place for this question but:

When I go to orders and it shows the whole list of all orders sometimes it reads "assembly" but when I click the specific order it says "QA Checks"

Then today it says "QA checks" in both spots.

Is that just a glitch or does it signify something?

Order popped, 43 offers, accepted 23 of them, much better. Recorded offers and comp lookup so hoping to upload Thursday.

Some of the offers if you have dupes, if you accept one or two offers it will withdrawl the offer for the other and/or lower it. Almost as if buyers who have offers for a card have a quantify limit and once that qty limit is reached it withdraws any outstanding offers, which makes sense.

What is your ETA? i have a 2 card value max and was received on 9/16 and finally was prepped and pushed to grading this morning. My ETA is showing 11/11

FYI, had a regular order ship today. Order was under the 10 day estimate, not the current 15 day estimate. Grades received 10/14, were due 10/8. Small sample size, but they’re running behind.

It is much bigger than they make out and when Topps releases it will get worse. Price increase on sports just in time. Lol

Got my first ever upcharge email today. Deservedly based on what the card was that gemmed and the only sale of it (it was sub $499 raw when I sent it). Got upgraded all the way to the $149.99 level based on the only sale ($2,975).

I got smoked on the order as a whole (6/20 gems), but at least three of the top four/five cards in the order gemmed.

They removed the "problem order status from the order page, and it says grades ready and the status is "completing," but the grades aren't there and no PSA offers yet.

They sent all the grades over when they sent the upcharge email, so I know what it is, just curious the offers on the two cards that got upcharged
