Buyer makes offer for football card. I accept. Then messages me, wanting to cancel. His reason? "I looked it up and the card is worth much less than I paid so I want to cancel the order thank you".

At least he gave you a reason for which most don't. Still a reason to block though. No reason buyers can't do their research prior to making an offer. If they found something cheaper, stick to that purchase. Blocked!
