Dodgers hitters looking completely feckless.

Phillies lefty starters are neutralizing Ohtani and the other lefty bats.

Phillies are 4 for 37
Dodgers are 5 for 35

One of the dumbest ends to a playoff series you'll see.

I thought he would go to first for the easy out. Not the way you want to end your season.

Brutal ending. That dude is going to live that moment in his head for the rest of his life. Ugh

Buckner's was a physical mistake -- he had bad knees. Kerkering's was a total brainfart.

Feel really bad for Kerkering…. but he didn’t lose that game (or series), the Phillies hitters did…. they couldn’t beat 2 runs that came from a bases loaded walk and a bases loaded error

I don't feel bad for Kerkering at all. You've been playing baseball your whole life, you know better than to 50 Cent the throw away in that situation with a sure out at first. Especially when your catcher is directing you that way.

As a Phillies fan, it's time for this disaster to be blown up. That's three straight years of embarrassing finishes with the big money going on vacation for the postseason. I'd rather watch the 2014-2017 disasters at this point knowing I can't possibly be disappointed this way. Topper's time has finally come to an end. Any competent manager would have at least gotten that team back to the Big Show once in the last 3 years.

All Realmuto was missing was a sign and a flashlight. These young bucks think they know it all until this type of sh*t happens. Kinda feel bad for Realmuto if that's his last play for the Phillies.

That first pitch he threw was the first thing that came to mind when that play happened, so as far as I know it is.

That deep fly to CF Happ just hit that Perkins caught----- that ivy....that ball was right up against the wall, what if, on the way into Perkins glove it passes through a piece of ivy? Then its in play right? The ivys part of the wall?

Not quite sure what you are asking, but balls have got hit into the ivy where the outfielder can’t find it. The balls have been in play in these instance.

He was right up against the wall...ivy all around him...what if the ball hits an ivy leaf yet its still caught...it would be in play and not an out, right? Maybe I should go to bed.
