Default Has anyone tried using AI for grading estimates?

Thinking about AI for assessing photos from eBay. I know quality isn't always great. Trying to come up with a good way to gauge value for raw cards online.

Yep. Every time I think I've sniped a nice raw card, it's usually a small surface issue that'd wreck the grade.

Buying raw online your only getting corner.centering. edges and only then if its a good quality high res photo.........surface hides well in photos.....best thing you can do is buy from trusted sellers.what i do is buy a few cheap raw cards see if what you get is what the seller said condition wise.

Check the sellers feedback for red flags, does the seller have a bunch of graded cards for sale?use some common sense if the seller has mostly graded cards there s probably a reason he is selling the card raw.sellers that have mostly raw stuff are normally a better bet imo.

i do vintage so it can be tricky at times, any card that has good roi with grading selling raw use your common sense, pay accordingly.nothing is fool proof understand your going to loose at times no matter how careful you are.

try Greg Morris or someone similar to start then as you get more comfortable try a few others....there are some sellers that are good and trusted...finding them is the trick.
