Very steep for hobby considering most of the cards will be available to hit in blasters at a fraction of the cost.
I'd wait until the full release to see where these settle.

Boxes with no guaranteed auto/sketch seem to stagnate in value lately.
(Star Wars sapphire, cactus jack, etc)

That's what should have happened during Covid, but because of stimulus checks, the government cancelling rent, people taking on massive credit card debt, and extended unemployment benefits, card prices actually went up when they should have been going down.

There's a lot of bad things happening with the economy now: AI taking office jobs, tariffs killing the global market, lack of migrant labor killing agriculture, robotics taking over manufacturing jobs, etc. In theory, we should see collectible markets crash, but there's always the possibility of mitigating circumstances coming into play again.

Surprisingly, only a $10 jump from pre-sale price.
Doesn't mention EQL but it'll probably be that way.

Yeah, the page is saying EQL but the Topps tweet says “regular sale” whatever that means so the speculation is that it will not be EQL but I guess we shall see.

There's 2 types of sales, pre-order and regular. Both with EQL this time around. The page says EQL. It will be EQL.

Not a chance. Without EQL there's no time to do anything. Refresh the page to before product on sale to the product sold out with no time in between.



I've considered writing a BOT to buy non-eql orders for me with Topps. I've done it for PS5 back in 2020, but I don't wanna be the bad guy here..

This stuff is in the wild now. I was in a break last night on WhatNot. I thought the case was light on low numbered color, might have been 1-2 gold's but don't think it had any oranges. There was 1 black. Case had 2 sketches and 4 autos.

The pricing for this will be all over the place. Over on Fanatics app, some breakers have prices up already and others don't.
Kinda strange that not everyone has their listing up a day before release. Seems like people are waiting to see how it sells first.

I also seen some charging $30+ a pack which is crazy! almost as much as a single blaster.

I can see prices being hot out the gate, but can stagnant weeks after release.
Good news for actual collectors who want these cards.

Market is extremely inefficient on this product so far. I've seen Spongebob at $400 today and $1,050. Larry the Lobster auctioned in one room for $310, and another for $28. Ultimately over the next few days it'll sort itself out but there's value to be had on certain spots if you look around. The only sketches I've seen so far are DoodleBob.
