My new subcontractor who barely stayed employed for missing work sick all of the time has now changed to falling asleep at work.

Much like Moldy's place of employment, I'm sure he'll get a talking to and told not to do it again and go about his day. We canned someone a few months ago for sleeping. He said he wasn't sleeping but we had it on camera.

I don't have the authority to fire anyone in my own company; much less a subcontractor. I can only discuss it with my boss and have her decide what to do.

He's lucky our government lead is out since his Dad passed away last Friday. If he saw him, he'd be walked out immediately.

about 6'1" - 6'3" was hard to tell because he was not walking entirely upright.....a bend at the waist like his hips could no longer support his weight

had absolutely no hair on the front or partially way back on his head....but starting about half walf back had long snow white hair going past his shoulders....
