I was doing a report last night and got a text that a tape dispenser had been thrown to the floor. The girl running the line is bipolar and was in one of her funks. But I obviously can’t have someone purposely damaging property.

I look in my email and see she sent in a message earlier “send me home. I don’t want to be here. I don’t even know why I have to work”.

So I went down and she wouldn’t look my direction. I asked what happened and she wouldn’t reply. I asked if the dispenser fell down. She said no. I asked if she threw it on the floor. She said yes. I told her she had to go home and we’d discuss her continued employment tomorrow.

I emailed HR and my boss before I talked to the employee. I asked for them to check the camera to see if there was clear evidence of purposeful damage.

HR replied asking me if anyone saw it, if anyone was over there and if anyone knew how long it had been on the ground.

WTH. I didn’t need her help recreating the scene, I just needed her to look at the camera

Then he lied to me about having homerwork and had to do it at 9PM. Mrs. FT was mad at me for not checking on the app if he had homework. Of course she's the one who has not had access to the app for the 3rd school year we have lived here and hasn't gone to the school to get access.

Exactly, that’s why I asked if she could get fired for that. We have worse daily I suspect. We did have to send out the email again about social media posts.
