Unreal Ebay feedback

Sold a Heritage red auto to jawall_5000 on Ebay. Wrap the card in a top loader with the packing slip. Tape it closed so no tape touches the card. I then put top loaders on either side to double protect the card. I put extra cards inside for the local team. One of them is a Brandon Woodruff Topps Chrome auto. He left me a neutral because of the Scotch tape on the FREE cards holders. I'm flabbergasted.

he recently left this neutral as well

"Card send PWE, which is fine, but no tape over the top loader and the card was 20% exposed....lazy work. Card turned out ok, but not cool man. "

Can't stand stuff like this. Luckily hasn't happened in awhile.
As a shipper I'm responsible for getting items to you safely, not providing brand new supplies for your PC / showcase / flip operation. (Granted sometimes people overdo it with packaging and make cards difficult to remove, to the point I'm afraid I'll damage them in unpacking...)
