"So, you didn't like the August grade-and-sell special? Well guess what - we're bringing it back for September, and making you pay more!".

Ugh.

This was the month my sub was due to auto-renew. So glad I cancelled that useless service

I have 3 orders at PSA right now.

The oldest one got there on June 26, 2025 and went to order prep on July 10. 2 weeks ago, it went to grading, and it's currently in QA Checks.

This is Value Bulk (49 items). The estimated completion date is October 10, 2025.

The update was sneaky. Value was reduced to 45 Business Days. Value Bulk remained at 65 Business Days.

This was my first order where PSA sent me offers. I didn't care for any of them and further, I believe I had to wait, at least, 24 extra hours for my order to ship out to me; which, btw, I got an email at 3am letting me know my order shipped out. Usually, grades pop on a Friday and they ship out on a Tuesday. Now it's Wednesday and I bet I don't even get it by this weekend, which is when I'd usually get my orders.

They are taking an additional 24-48 hours to ship due to the “offering” on cards

How were the offers / examples if you have any? I haven't seen these yet either but they may be rolling them out in mass now to appease the repack business. Just wondering how close they are to actual valuations.

They sent you offers even though your cards were not in the vault?

They just changed it this month, the 24 hour window to decide between offer, auction or ship is after grading now.

That’s so insane. There’s no reason to set up at shows anymore for dealers. There’s also no reason to not make legit money by buying raw and grading now. It’s never been easier to sell a sports card.

I don't know if this is a Cardladder subscriber-only perk or what, but when I click on the cert # of a PSA-graded card in my collection in Cardladder (app only), it pulls up the cert page for the card on PSA's website, and a PSA offer will sometimes pop up depending on the card.

Like I did it for a PSA 10 of a '18 TC Ohtani pitching pink refractor, and I saw an offer for $680. I'll see offers for some of my other PSA slabs I've listed in my cardladder collection too. Seems like for cards with good sales volume, the odds of an offer appearing are greater.

But I ONLY see offers when using the CL app....never when on a browser.

I would assume even if I wanted to sell at a certain price, I would still need to ship the card to PSA Vault and wait till it's reflected in my Vault account before I coud actually sell the card to PSA though.

But it's handy to get a real-time price check on what the cash value of some of my cards are.

To clarify, none of the cards were in my PSA Vault....merely just listed in my collection in CL.

To add to what others are saying here, I got my first set of offers from PSA yesterday. Got 14 offers and accepted 4. Thought about 2 more but deciding not to go through with them. I have my issues with this new system from a conflict of interest standpoint on PSA's part, but it does give me more leverage on annoying buyers offering 70% on my stuff.

Me too but I have no card ladder. I wish you could lock a price on a PSA offer and get a 2 week window to ship it out to the vault because most offers I see disappear or change after a week.

What I do hate about cards I have vaulted is that if you get a PSA offer you'll only see it if your card isn't listed. It makes sense for auctioned cards but there's no reason for offers not to show when a cards listed buy now.

I have a single card PSA/DNA order that arrived to PSA in April.
Yesterday was the estimated completion date. No point in contacting them as this is the routine and I'll just get the cut/paste saying "estimates are just estimates, blah, blah, blah..."

I collect vintage and completely stopped grading vintage with PSA and moved to SGC. Such a better experience and presentation with SGC. Aside from a few PSA sets I started years ago before I began to dislike PSA, I've been out of the PSA game for a while now, but these PSA turnarounds are just laughable. Especially the entire "wait about a month before even starting the clock on the 75 business day order."

It's unreal to me that post-pandemic in 2025 you can send PSA a single card for PSA/DNA grading and it takes over 5 months.

And then this for a final last laugh:

"Your grades are being reviewed a second time for accuracy."

I received an email about this new offer feature this morning so I know there aren’t many who have received offers but for those that have…What percentage of recent comps are being offered?

Orders moving so slow, I only check every few days. Oldest arrived Jul 9, 2025 and still R/ID.

This offer thing is intriguing. The stuff I typically send probably isn't ripe for them but shall see. Would be cool if they could simply convert it to a credit on next order.

The time honored tradition of cash deals and avoiding taxes won’t be going away so shows are still safe. Offers through PSA go through Stripe and Stripe will send a 1099.

I’ve had anywhere from 50% to right at comp but generally in the 70%-90% range. Ballpark is usually what you’d net after eBay fees.

The 50% was on a card that has recently jumped a lot in price and PSA/card ladder data hadn’t caught up apparently.
The right at comp offer was an Ohtani with very few sales.

Not very good, but I mostly had wrestling cards and I don't think those are their target for repacks. What surprised me more is what they didn't send an offer on. I had a PSA 10 2024 Topps Chrome All-Etch Ohtani Green #/99 and a PSA 10 2021 Select Rookie Signature Amon-Ra St. Brown Maroon #/60; no offers. But I did have a $39 offer for a PSA 10 Select Signatures Jaida Parker Red Prizm #/99

I guess it's a new thing, but for me it just means instead of getting my cards on a Saturday, I'll get them on a Monday. Super annoying.

Thanks for the info. I may consider selling 1 or 2 from my next sub to cover grading fees. I have a few duplicate cards in the next one.

I'll give you some samples of offers I've received and the last comps at time of offer:

2018 Topps Chrome Ohtani pitching #150 pink refractor PSA 10 - $680 offer (last comp $810)
2023 Panini Mosaic Wemby #238 Reactive Blue PSA 10 - $80.75 ($95)
1986 Fleer Derek Smith PSA 9 - $26.40 ($33)
1990 Donruss Learning Series Griffey Jr #8 PSA 9 - $80.51 ($89.27)
1989 Fleer Magic Johnson PSA 10 - $81.18 ($99)

So 80-90% on average.

The offers are really convenient for higher value items that were just graded. If you get something graded, you don't want to take receipt and deal with selling it then PSA's instant offer is just easy. Let's be honest, most people are grading to sell. PSA is smart streamlining all of this.

Repacks are booooooming and the Gamestop x PSA Power Packs haven't even gone past beta yet.

all those offers seem kinda low to me

Great way for the repack business to create ROI and establish an immediate 10-20% margin prior to pricing and building out the repack. A virtual buying at 80-90% comps booth
