The problem is very few cards actually sell for decent prices unless it is Spinotron or another whale. The only things that sell big are the 1/1's for LeBron, Curry, and Wemby. Golds have to be 1/10 or jersey number and LeBron, Curry, Wemby. /25 is garbage that no one wants.

The thing here is, there are two users, at least, hoarding and vaulting packs that will never see the light of day and staying unopened. Zhang has close to 1000 probably at this point, and I forget the other whale hoarding too. That's why so few are being sold. And a high chance of the big cards in those packs.

Pack collectors are a big thing. Wish I never sold my Red Debut Pack. Selling that for $1400 was a mistake.

Bruh. Wtf. I forgot I had unsubbed to Prizm NFT emails. Logged in and saw that I had 537 unread messages. 46 active offers. Over $1k worth for stuff I thought was virtual kindling wood.

Now I'm not even sure if I should HODL.

Similar experience here...

I have a bunch of offers ranging from $1 to $40 on my 171 NFTs that were left over after I sold off the high dollar ones as soon as I pulled them.... but what I had forgotten about was the 5 1st year Prizm Gold packs that I stashed away and never opened. Those are moving for $1,000 each now.

Same plan for this as the Bitcoin I own from the time Russell Westbrook won MVP.... hold it for another 20 years until it's either sky high or worthless.

But it's funny: Prizm NFT doing well, while TopShot continuing to die an ugly death.

that said these best of packs are straight insanity. Most cards sell for $5-20 from this set.

Theres 3 lebron gold kabooms, a few curry, AE green, Giannis green, and outside of that nothing worth more than 2k imo

You're not getting that people on that platform are aware of that and it doesn't matter one bit. This happens with every release. As long as monsters stay sealed, packs go up. Especially on a release like this where people are vaulting cards/packs to never be seen again.

I agree with this statement. A friend got me into the Panini Blockchain releases around the Obsidian drop. I had purchased some packs back at the beginning in the higher PR days and forgot about them. Flipped most of my Obsidian packs and then bought some singles. Have enjoyed the entire platform so much more than 2025 Fanatics/Topps.

I would be very worried about this platform after they lose their license. WWE had people involved and now it is a ghost town. Picking up golds /10 for a few dollars. The interest seems to be very in the now focused and Caitlin Clark can't carry the platform.

I think the transaction fees should be enough to support the platform going forward, even if there are no more packs released.

For the platform to stay relevant, soccer collecting needs to take off and they also need to do more projects like Bad Eggs. I am not hopeful that this will be around in a year.

Nope, still have 9 more. I am buying some Dragon Scale packs and letting those sit.

I like the platform and I am collecting WWE cards. My wife might get concerned with all the Alexa Bliss NFT's I have.

Edit: Was going to buy about 10 more packs of Dragon Scales after lunch and when I got back Jascar beat me to it.

Those are for burning for block points and nothing else. It is easy to sell those cards if they still qualify to burn. It is harder to sell all-stars who have cards that you can't burn for $1.

might want to check because alot of those cards are very close to the burn limit and then they will be worthless (for example 22/23 prizm nba)

I've also got a lot of $1 offers on my common NFTs. Been out of the game for awhile (except for some pack purchases). Is it better to just sell or to participate in the "crafting?"

if you burn 10 you can buy a 22/23 prizm pack and they're selling for $14

Only burn to save points for potential future point only releases. Don't use them to buy any pack in stock. Those are all awful.

There is a serious issue of lack of burnable NFTs right now. I wouldn't count on a crafting event that uses block points. I have 1000 plus points available, but doubt I will be able to use them to craft anytime soon.

Yeah, I'm sitting on a few epics /3 from the debut packs. Unsure what to do atm. But it's hilarious that these gifs still possess any sort of relevancy nearly 4 years later.



Super rare stuff may hold, but there's also the flip side of the coin where prices may be currently buoyed only because nobody's selling. A sell-off could force downward pressure.

In any case, this is all stupidity, and I'm all the way e-here for it.
