All canned vegetables are an abomination.

Fave is Green Beans. I will eat them raw, coated in flour and air fried as fries, or toss them in olive oil/fresh herbs and garlic on a sheet pan with some Potatoes.

Any vegetable battered and deep fried is a win

Was a time (not anymore), that I would make a 30-minute drive to Church's for a box of spicy fried chicken. fried okra with honey biscuit.

That was more than a decade ago however, I wouldn't think of doing that now, besides, I think they shut down that Church's years ago

Would have went with onion, but that wasn't a option. Asparagus either raw or roasted. Carrots raw only. Cooked carrots are awful

I'm a big fan of fried okra that's the only way to serve it. Boiled okra with tomatoes is like having a bowl of snot put in front of you.

Anything that's in my Cobb Salad.
Grilled asparagus is nice as well.

Surprised the Snoobs patrol hasn't chimed in with former politicians. maybe there is hope for them yet

We grow our own, kohlrabi, raw sliced, Japanese Cherry Tomatoes, not as sweet and cooks up firmer, Purple Carrots, raw or made into french-fries. The grand like them mixed in with potato, and sweet potato fries.

The wok fried/ blistered but still firm veggies of most Asian cuisines are I think, the best overall in the world.
I’ve got a few of my own American/Italian recipes I love but when going out/ ordering from restaurants I’m rarely disappointed in the veggies from Chinese/Japanese places.
