Just checking to see AITAH blowout edition. First wants to go off eBay, ships a 125$ card untracked even though I paid 6$ for shipping and then ghosts me. I'm just a little suspicious of the transaction at this point. What say you blowout? AITAH? Thanks for your attention to this matter.

You didn’t jump the gun. The seller is shady trying to do deals off eBay. What’s their eBay name? I assume you paid PayPal goods and not friends and family?

Yeah, that feels like questionable excuse. That wouldn’t explain the wanting to deal off eBay or the non-tracking. I’d just wait til the moment you can open a did not receive claim.

"I'm paralyzed and stuck in bed" is not a thing. Yes you can be paralyzed. Yes you can have issues getting out of bed, getting dressed, all that stuff.

Yes, I've worked with disabled people. Getting them dressed, giving them showers, the whole 9.

Yeah I’m not saying anything about their medical issues. I don’t know or care. I just know once someone says let’s do this off eBay it’s a red flag.

I just don't understand the endgame, why ship untracked, if he actually shipped, which I hope he did(doubtful) cause I want that card then he's an idiot. Guessing just short term loan. I should be able to file for an INR soon, I'll give it until tomorrow and see if it shows up. I appreciate you guys, my spidey senses were tingling on this one and it's nice to know I wasn't out of line.

That would be my guess or he's doing it to as many people as possible all at once to try to cash out
