Is there a better combo of pitchers on one triple auto that this Gibson, Ryan, Pedro? I guess technically the 2022 Chrome Sonic Pedro, Randy Johnson, Maddux were better pitchers but these 3 on 1 card is so much cooler to me.

I would say if the card is missing paul skenes the answer is no
All joking aside Koufax has to be on the card for me to consider it the best pitcher triple auto of all time I'd say Koufax, Nolan Ryan, Randy Johnson/Pedro maybe

The Maddux/Glavine/Smoltz is not the best but probably the coolest for nostalgia |

Verlander could even make a case for being on it. Even roger clemens.
Ryan is definitely a lock I'd say the other 2 slots are up for debate

"Best" is subjective, but it's tough to beat that Ryan/Koufax/Kershaw. BTW, that seller has a lot of really cool/seldom seen Kershaws listed right now.
From a single franchise Mt. Rushmore perspective, my vote goes to this one:

Not a triple autograph, but it's my favorite Ryan/Gibson.

heard this was the best triple auto ever made. On card also, 9 copies signed only 7 signed for Skenes. Modern pitchers cannot go the distance.

Nolan, Randy, Maddux. Anything else can kick rocks.

![]() As for best all-time pitcher triple auto, not sure if it exists, but a triple of Pedro/Big Unit/Maddux would be my personal grail triple auto pitcher card, especially since they all were active at the same time and I watched them all pitch countless times. I hate Clemens but I can’t deny how good a pitcher he was. 3rd highest WAR for a pitcher. Maddux is 8th. fwiw, Nolan comes in at #20
Using WAR as a barometer for “best,” the best possible combination of players for a triple auto is Clemens, Seaver (7th) and Maddux

A card I wouldn't mind adding to my collection is a Ryan/Ohtani dual auto. Would be pretty cool to whip that out because most people wouldn't think of them being on the same card despite both being Angels for a time.

1972-1974 Ryan finished in the top 10 CY votes. In '73 and '74 he should have won, especially given the records he set in those two years. 20 plus wins, ALL-Time single season Strikeout record, ERA's of 2.87 and 2.89.....on TERRIBLE Angels teams who did not score when he pitched. Plus, the media was obsessed with Jockey-boy Palmer in Baltimore at the time.

I'd go with Ryan, Maddux, Unit ... since Clemens cheated.
All-timers (can't get ink), I'd want a triple-mem card of Mathewson-Young-Ryan
