Last 2 jobs I quit I took off my shirt and walked out the front door. Now I work from home so it won't be as impactful.

I only ever had one other real job (school jobs/summer jobs don't count). I was there for 3 years, gave a month notice and helped out.

If I worked at BG's place, I would just quit on the spot and let them figure it out.

Last job I quit, I dropped my badge on my Program Managers desk. I ended up going back to new position, huge raise. I have since left the program, but am now working on ingesting my old companies data they ingested. They are being shutdown. Pretty funny having the lazy people try to reachout for a job now.

If you’re leaving a job, do the right thing and give notice and all that. You never want something to come back and haunt you during your next job search. Plus those two weeks will be easy anyways and you’re getting paid.
