Default Wrapper/Box Redemption Information

2 weeks out and I haven't seen anything posted. Does anyone have any information on the different manufacturers?

It's wild that there is not more information about this yet. Anyone see something I have not?

Last year the announcements from Panini & Topps came just a day or two before the show, trying to reduce the number of people who show up with a wagon full of boxes they purchased somewhere other than the show. I’d expect similar timing this year.

Like everything else...get there in the morning, there are plenty to go around. If you wait until the afternoon when things are slow they usually stop redeeming. Trust me, they have plenty of packs for everyone.

Panini posted their list with some pretty obvious typos:

Qualified boxes and corresponding number of Silver Packs

2024 Donruss Football Mega Box — 1
2025 USA Stars & Stripes Mega Box — 1
2024-24 Prizm Fast Break — 2
2024 Prizm Draft Picks Football — 1
2023-24 Mosaic Basketball Mega Box — 1
2024 Phoenix Mega Box — 1
2024 Absolute Countdown Calendar — 1
2024-24 Prizm Hobby China Edition — 3
2024-25 Prizm Choice EPL — 1
2024-25 Donruss BK Hobby International — 1

The aforementioned dealers will apply a sticker to your box upon purchase, making the redemption at Panini’s booth a breeze.

Any ideas on what time Topps distributes packs tomorrow and Friday? I recall there being a long line in 2023 before they began distribution and then them "selling out".

All redemption boxes require stickers and must be bought at the show. Had 2 heritage rejected i brought from home for Topps - they are checking stickers.

Not sure if you had someone who was a stickler but I just went through with hobby boxes that I brought from home and had no problem. Neither did the guy in front of me with about 50 incrption boxes and a bunch of people with him.

Prices are pretty rough. $150 for the Heritage boxes. $160+ for S2 Hobby.

For Topps I believe it’s only the non baseball that requires a sticker. I had no problem with Heritage

Yeah no problem redeeming baseball with no sticker. Redeemed one case of S2 jumbos today and will hopefully get some more Friday. Wax prices on the floor are pretty bad as expected. Glad I had a couple series 2 and inception cases stashed away that I can bring.

I think the big three were around $165-$175 on S1, S2, and heritage hobby. I believe $365 on inception but the cases prices for all were slightly lower per box than singles.

They need to make changes to how they distribute the packs. I went straight to BO's booth looking for the USA Stars and Stripes Mega's for Panini's redemptions, my jaw dropped to see they had them @ $90 per!!!!! Complete insanity! From there I see a long line with people using carts and stacks of cases and boxes! One of the carts was stacked over 4 feet tall, a complete joke. At that point I had zero interest in any wax!

I did find it interesting in the quantity of vintage boxes and packs. Seemed to be far more vintage unopened than I can ever recall seeing.

There is no value in any of the topps or panini redemption products at this point. If you want the silver packs just buy them straight up. You will still have money left over to spend on wax of your choosing from a vendor that does not have the price jacked up due to having a monopoly on the redemptions.

Leaf was a decent value but they are running very short on packs. Will be doing my upper deck cases tomorrow but no one seems happy that they have gone to blind packs for the case redemptions instead of having the items in the showcase and drawing a raffle ticket to see which one you get.

Panini silvers are available all over for $40 each, discount for qty. I believe the topps baseball is selling around $75. No clue on the topps star wars and football but I know D&A is buying them for $60 and $40 respectively.

Topps "ran out" of baseball redemption packs mid-day Thursday, which is a crock considering they said they'll have more the next day. They must have limited distribution of them each day.

Ran out of baseball around 11am Friday. I got one of the last packs with a lonely hobby box of 25 Bowman. Shortly after me, two guys came up with a few cases of Heritage & Topps S2 (think they had 6 or 7 in their cart). They flipped the hell out when they heard there were no more. Said they only bought for the packs, they were flying out Saturday morning, etc. Someone from Topps took them to the back to talk to them because they were causing a bit of a scene. Bet they broke in to the Saturday allotment to make them go away.

Cases?!? In the past, Topps would limit people to 12 packs per day. Did they not do that this year?
