I just started to notice that as well. Not sure when it happened as we had a grader just hit the QA check early last week and I found it was out of order as it normally was.

28 card Value Bulk order got there June 2nd hasn't moved from Research and ID. Cards haven't even been scanned in so not sure what to expect with this order.

Today is the estimated completion date for my reholder. Second time this year it's going past the date. Last time, it took 43 business days..last time I'm submitting a reholder at this tier. Will just submit them at the 45 business day turnaround time in the future.

It is but tbh I cancelled my membership anyways and just used got baseball cards who offer $20 per card too with cheaper shipping.

I guess I'll see what this is about this week. Hopefully just a damaged box or something similar and nothing sinister with USPS. I use security tape on all ends of the box. Relatively cheap raw cards so only insured for a few hundred.

This happened to me. I got an empty Priority box back with my submission forms. They lost a Mahomes Optic Downtown and other cards that I had $1K insurance on. After months they gave me $300, which they calculated as the cost of the boxes that I pulled the cards from. Hope it works out better for you.

I dropped off 3 order at the in person drop off event at CardsHQ on July 12th. They said it would take 3 weeks before it shows up in their system. 3 weeks and still no progress on it, with the in person theres nothing to show they have the cards other than they write on your submission form and let you keep a copy. Since that time they have now added QR codes but a few weeks ago those were not available. Anyone else drop off at an in person event?

Yeah these monthly specials are getting me to rethink having a paid membership. Bulk is the only think making it worth it…but then again, why not show some incentive for the faster more expensive services.

I cancelled mine with a couple months remaining; I agree, the bulk is where it makes it worth it. The only positive I see here is slightly faster turnaround times.


I had a May Max Value Special (Dual Grade) 'checked in' June 16th (estimated date: July 23rd) and it's still in QA Check 2.
