What would this error be considered a true erorr?

Hi All I am new to this Forum and Glad to be here Anyway, over 3 years ago I bought a hobby box of Hoops and got a Franz Wagner Red Ink Auto /25 (But it had a chip on one of the edges, so I sent it back. 3+ Years later to my surprise, they replaced it with a 2021 Donruss Next Day on Card of Jalen Johnson sealed by Panini and encased. However, I noticed something I haven't seen before and was wondering if anyone out there has seen this is the 2021-22 Donruss Next Day Autos. The two pictures are of my version, and I showed a stock image. I would love to hear your opinions about this, and how do I go about authenticating it while still leaving the Factory Encased with Seal. I also have the Panini papers to back it up. Also has anyone seen this kind of error, it seems odd, especially since it s the name of the card set and that it came as a replacement for a damaged card. Q&C, Anyone or was it a gift of some sort, or maybe their farewell

Thanks for the Replys . I guess what I am saying if anyone has seen another missing the logo stamp? Sorry for the confusion. And I also thought it was odd to have a factory damage card and get in a return a card that is a type of an error card. So I guess also I am saying would this be a true error card, or was it a human mistake error or what type of error would this be considered and what would be the impact?

they sometimes make player editions of the next day autos but from what I know they're usually marked some way

I think it was just an extra copy they had and panini is lazy and incompetent and there is nothing more to it

Still a nice card of a nice, young player. Just not as good as a pack inserted and stamped one.

Thanks for the replies, I was thinking of reaching out to them, but then again, the way things are and the takeover, I'm just gonna stick to what I have and just hold on to it and wait to see what happens in the future.

Nah. Either you want like a different foil color (silver Kobe), a radically different and better look (no-foil Kobe), or a wrong image with poetic and ironic import (Illusions Nesmith RC with Zion image).

Then again, a supercollector who has all the normal cards will want the variants. Does Jalen Johnson have supercollectors?

Im not intrinsically an errors man. Having studied them, I just happen to believe that the one I found is generational and CSG obviously agreed enough to slab and notate it.
